Faith cannot be lost either. It CAN be misplaced, but never lost. You are sooo wrong about the Book of Life. Once Jesus has inscribed your name in it, it's there forever. 
He doesn't write it in and scribble it out time and again. That's silly. Yes, he does know who will be saved or lost. Those who believe and profess he is Lord and Savior are saved. Their names are in the book of life. Those who will be lost, are the ones who deny and reject Jesus as their savior. Faith and salvation cannot be lost EVER. It baffles me why you don't understand that. God does NOT blot out our names just because we aren't living right.. You don't LIVE salvation, you HAVE salvation. It can't ever be lost, taken or revoked..

She connected what was happening in her life as a result of opening a door. You cannot say what is good for you is good for her. There is an evil spirit behind anime and pokeman. The symbolism is subtle but then it takes discernment. We dont havve that gift when we cling to things of the world. Discernment increases as we mature in our faith.
Im not a fan of football btw. I dont get involved with a massive money making worldly time wasters. Football players making loads of cash to get beat up bodies and run around a field making fools of themselves. I think people like you only help the worlds cause. Did you know while you enjoy the super bowl that prostitution rings are marketing young girls throughout the stadium? No joke. It happens every year.

Watching a tv show CANNOT make you lose your salvation. Once your saved, that's it, it's a done deal. As for anime, if you feel it's taking over your life, quit watching it. Something only becomes evil, or an idol, if you let it consume you.

You are convinced in your mind and that is all that counts. Praise God that he has brought you out of that worldly entertainment.

Just focus on Christ and develop a relationship with Jesus and read your Bible to renew your mind. Jesus has said he will never let you go if you are his. You are secure. Praise the Lord!

Strawberry, if you confess that Jesus is your Lord and Savior, and that he died for your sins, then you are saved. You cannot ever lose that salvation, even when you sin. When we sin, we repent and ask forgiveness, and God remembers our sin no longer. God knows our hearts, and our minds. He knows if we're truly repentant or not.

I add that Jesus was fully man fully God. (since the deception in this day and age say he isnt ie John 8:24).

someone who by their own admission suffers from hallucinations shows up making obviously unhinged statements like 'hello kitty is satanic'...
and half of the responses are stuff like...'praise God for saving you from the demonic grip of pikachu!'
God doesn't 'save' people into paranoia...enough is enough people...is discernment even a thing any more?

Wow, are you suggesting your completely unloving and condescending tone is going to help anything? Like at all ever? I've seen enough of your post to think that you feel that these outside worldly influences can never have any kind of effect on us, or am I jumping to a wrong conclusion? I guess we aren't really wrestling against "powers and principalities in heavenly places" right? The spiritual realm can have no effect on us right? It matters not what we choose to let in is what you're suggesting isn't it? We can watch, listen to, and consume all the dark type stuff the world offers us, and it can never have any effect huh? I think that is a VERY naïve view personally, and feel what we feed our minds has a HUGE influence on us. Do you just reject the reality of demonic forces at work in the world as a whole? I honestly think anyone that has felt the regenerative power of God in their lives would understand all this "spirit stuff" is VERY real. The good and the bad. Regardless of what you think of that stuff though, why not just "dust off your shoes" before even leaving such insulting comments? Just to feed your own ego and pride? A bit juvenile from where I'm sitting, but to each their own I guess. I hope YOU have a good night.

no my rebuke is directed at the people here who should know better...the ones who purport to have wisdom in spiritual things and then when a person shows up who has hallucinations and claims hello kitty is the work of the devil they act like not the slightest thing is amiss...
the only post in this thread that will ever really -help- this person was the second post in this thread...made by ugly... personally i would have added a suggestion to seek counseling...
do you really think -you- are helping anything by insinuating that 'hello kitty is satanic' has serious scriptural backing?
and regarding that...your misrepresentation of my view on spiritual warfare is just more of the typical slanderous hyperbole that i get whenever i suggest that demonic forces are not responsible for things like poorly drawn japanese cartoons...and it is -that- type of non substantive reply that i find 'a bit juvenile'
