I was a poet. I'd paint with words. Some made you cry. Sometimes they were absurd.
You'd laugh in moments. I would just smile. You'd ask for more. I'd wait a while.
I turned to song. I learned to play. My heart was unlocked. A musician was made.
Im still writing songs. At times I play... Will you still listen? Ever felt this way?
