the original post was about was about hunting animals

the council did ban fishing

they were green

I dont know how many of them were gay

You didn't know if ANY of them were gay, more like.
Yet still you stigmatise an entire group of people with your bigotry.

In excess of 5000 posts in less than 4 months here, says so very much.

if the animal is a pest like a crow i have no prob with target practise
but wuts the difference between that and killing a pesty cat and or dog?

Robert James Brown (born 27 December 1944), is an Australian Senator, the inaugural Parliamentary Leader of the Australian Greens and the first openly gay member of the Parliament of Australia. Brown was elected to the Australian Senate on the Tasmanian Greens ticket joining with sitting WA Greens senator Dee Margetts to form the first Australian Greens senators following the 1996 federal election, and was re-elected in 2001 and again in 2007.

in my experience they usually go together

greenies are typically vegetarians or vegans

hence the ban on duck shooting and fishing

Paul describes 'abstaining from meats' as a doctrine of demons

Paul also had plenty to say about homosexuals

They often go together

LOL. You obviously don't get out very often.
So one politician of one Australian Green Political party is gay, so the whole movement across the world is as well.
Are you really that naive?
I mean seriously.

greenies are typically vegetarians or vegans
I am sure that you emperical proof of this.
What a ludicrous and ridiculous claim.
Again more ridiculous generalisations.

One could say that neo-cons are ALL redneck racists.
But they're not.
hence the ban on duck shooting and fishing
I am sure that there was some sort of environmental research available to back up their decision. You know, like lead contamination of waterways from shotgun pellets or a threatened species of fish under threat from over fishing, perhaps.
If not, the council would be kicked out quickly come the next election.

Paul describes 'abstaining from meats' as a doctrine of demons
Leviticus also describes shell fish as an abomination.
Had a prawn lately? (They're shrimps for the American readers).

See my point?

Paul also had plenty to say about homosexuals
He did.
Jesus also said to do unto others as you would have done unto you.

Pretty sure he may have been talking about bigotry when he said that.

Get it?

By the way greatkraw.

Sir David Attenborough and David Suzuki, both heterosexual men, just dropped in to say hi.

Harry Butler took up the position as head Environmental Consultant for Woodside and Chevron on Barrow Island off the coast of WA.
He still works for them in an advisory capacity.
He is a colleague of mine.

He is also most definitely not gay.

Your point?

my point is that since he did not side with the extreme gay agenda - in this case keeping the tasmanian wilderness away from the citizens - he had his high profile taken away from him

this was about the time that Bob Brown came to prominence

it is possible to be environmentally conscious, as Harry Butler is, without being an extreme green(yes - or gay)

Good lord.

Again you bang on about the whole environmental agenda being some sort of gay conspiracy.
Based on ONE man.

Seriously, you need help.

The Franklin Dam issue was supported by tens of thousands of people and many, many high profile personalities, (politicians included), who were most definitely not gay.

The decision to stop the dam was not only based on sound ecological research it was also just plain, common sense.

What you fail to realise is that extreme environmental fringe groups are made up of all types of people. And are not the sole domain of gay people.

Your generalisations are laughable and highly offensive.

Ok, you two, that's enough! You've both made your points. One made a comment the other disagreed with and you've had your little discussion about it. Now drop it.
I see nothing wrong with hunting if you're going to eat the meat. To me, hunting for sport or the prize with no intention of keeping the meat is wrong.

Yeeeeessss mum.

Pink is gay.

I hunt for sport all of the time. You know why?

Because all of the animals I'm killing are gay. All gay animals should be killed: skunks are gay, rabbits are gay, armadillos are gay, road runners are gay, crows are gay, frogs are gay, prarie dogs are gay, and coyotes are really gay.

The only animals that I hunt to eat are cool. Deer are cool, ducks are cool, dove are cool, hogs are cool, and turkeys are really cool.

That has absolutely nothing to do with it.
You are generalising every single person with a leaning towards conservation and green politics as Homosexual.

That is not only offensive, derogatory and childish. It is also plainly absurd.

For a 50 yr old man you are sadly immature.

Can someone please explain why put downs are continually tolerated in this forum? Aussiebushman has a ratio of probably 1 derogatory remark for every there 3 posts he has made. There is absolutely no reason why this should be allowed to continue.
