(I'm just trying to make a gentle joke here. I approached this thread with the assumption that the OP really does want to help people, and I think he does...)

But if it's any consolation, I've made myself a mental note to start collecting boxers next.

All except the plaid ones, of course, as my main goal will be to create a future (utopia) without plaid.

To all of us, including myself -
Honestly, I find that we sometimes act hostile towards a newcomer. This is the second instance in recent weeks when a newcomer's thread devolved into an argument, the first one being someone who posted about exes; mind you, I am not counting the numerous other threads that solicited eligible single ladies and whatnot.

Sometimes there will be grammatical errors in the title, in the OP or even in their responses, but it is not cool for us to make fun of it. To me, that is a form of internet bullying, albeit a milder one, because it puts us in a 'superior position' with respect to the poster. Regardless of whether we agree or disagree with the op, I think we can do better than that.

I sincerely hope that all of us can work towards this.

I did hope to receive some sort of a logical response to my argument. But I guess it is okay. If you will only hear what you want to hear, then I can do nothing about that. Peace out!

Well, from how I take, the OP is preparing for an end times scenario, and is asking what women would need (as he's not 100% on that grocery list being male) for their hygiene and whatnot over an extended period of under the radar living.

If he's anything like some other people I know, else-wise, I missed the point entirely.

..and a 'qurstion' is a misspelled question. My brain, however, has auto-correct, so at times...I don't even notice poor grammar or spelling.

Stone5524......I was a manager of a homeless shelter for 2 1/2 years. There were always someone coming forward, out of the blue, with donations. Yes, there was a group of ladies and a few individuals that knocked on the door and pulled me aside to express that they felt led to donate feminine hygiene products to be used specifically by those who would have need of such. What a blessing it was! Those products came from WalMart, dollar tree stores, and grocery markets. Variety was always there. I would arrange them on a shelf in a storage room to be used as the house guests needed them. God bless you!

I didnt remember u said much on the op, but think there is no reason to not respect or laugh at a prepper, as some seem to be having fun around here. Idk if particular video posters are all 'believers' for there is no chance to check more, but i saw one such, a survivalist, is that what u call them.. I only remember he warns abt Yellowstone possibilities, and what if it does erupt, and so on? [We do not all have the same issues as a highly developed nation like urs does, but w. China bullying neighbors, i know my own country's preps for possible attacks of such an unbelieving nation should have made us prepare for war long ago. i dont say this proudly, in fact embarrassed, and thinking God, how do we redeem time?]

The classic example is noah's ark that i am reminded reading thru here... even when we were young, perhaps after watching a movie on the flood, its been in my (and our?) mind(s) long after how ppl probably joked abt the ship noah was building for how many... 60... 70 yrs?

As others who 'defended' the op, it is easy to say to google things, but we never know other circumstances of the poster. He was on mobile, yes, but was he driving, or on his way to buy then, wc was probable,or rushing to finis breakfast and post when theres a knock as i have now. How many repeat he spent and intends to spend 16k on women things when he didnt say that. When possible we ask culinary or health questions in particular forums, even YA where u get both good and bad answers fast. But it is probable there would be more flak to come, than he perhaps thought if he did ask here. I think he'd have asked more approachable, older women, men too, at church perhaps) if there was any to ask. Google is fine if u have lots of time to spare, but many know searching for certain things sometimes only lead or mislead u to things u didnt need or look for in the first place. Wc we all cant afford.
