From what I see, FreeNChrist and eternally-gratefull have taken sides against Nikki84.

Nikki84 was actually trying to intellectually discuss without "taking sides" -- but these two have pretty much backed Nikki into a corner (unnecessarily).

HeRoseFromTheDead further added to this fire (interestingly enough, eternally-gratefull noticed this and then jumped on their case).

All of indivuals mention above are guilty of breaking TOS by simply being rude (name-calling, inappropriate remarks) to each other.

I saw an interesting post yesterday about gnostics. The Grace only message is what they taught and they have been rejected.

when a person makes a false accusation against your belief system, or states somethign which is not true, and you confront them on it,

IT IS NOT ATTACKING, it is forcing people to back what they claimed with proof..

I know I know. We are to be kindler and gentler. But tell that to Christ when he confronted the pharisee about their false claims against him, He told them the truth, and asked them to back their claims (whcih they never could do) so they killed him for it..

if people do not like to be confronted for false accusing someone, or does not like to discuss the word of God. then they have more issues than we can help with

If Christians don't sin, then why/how do Christians sin? (I realize this makes no sense.. which is why it beckons clarification!)

What of Sanctification?
What of Confession and Repentance?

Oh, I don't know, PW--what is more important is gossip, slander, petty remarks, being self-righteous, showing no humility, no compassion, argument, dissension, etc.

You should really focus on these divisive things, rather than those deep theological issues.

This demonstrates how CC operates. I clearly showed a perfect correlation between Budman's OSAS (or possibly "grace" believer) beliefs and the gnostic's beliefs, and the only responses are denial and silence.

You did not use scripture.

Thats why no one is listening to you.

We can't even prove what that man said was true, they are only his words. Not inspired by God.

Misunderstandings on top of misunderstandings. No one stops to say, "Wait--let's go back and figure out where we went wrong." Except Grace did once -- but hardly anyone heeded.

Actually, I tried to show one of these old farts that you were comparing their beliefs concerning spirit & flesh to the gnostic beliefs concerning spirit & flesh.

But, I feel ya--they're quick to jump on a mistake or 'false doctrine' with guns-a-blazin' but they're slow to compassion.

The effects/penalties of the Law were accomplished by Christ. He lived the Law perfectly. Because we can't.

Our new nature does walk in the Spirit, because that new nature is Christ in us.

You're doing what the "grace" believers do: mental dissociation that only identifies with the new nature (righteousness conscious) and ignores and discards the old man (sin conscious). We walk with our body in the spirit.
