FreeNChrist, You're right -- I am (almost) completely ignorant to the history between you and other CC members. I think it's safe to say that MOST CC members are completely ignorant to your personal history with other members. This should make our words carry more weight with you; we're "sitting on the sidelines" (as you say) and we're trying to tell you what we see... which is NO LOVE! NO COMPASSION! LACK OF FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT!

Take it to heart instead of fighting it. Or is there no room for improvement, with you?

in the posts I confronted him on, He was not using scripture. He used the words of some man who has been dead for centuries.

Please. Try to get context..
I was confronting his use of words of men to condemn other people including myself. Not that e NEVER used scripture

Was he even trying to condemn you? Where is the post in question? It looked to me like he was showing a correlation between Gnostic understanding of spirit and modern understanding of spirit. I did not understand his post to be condemning in nature.

This demonstrates how CC operates. I clearly showed a perfect correlation between Budman's OSAS (or possibly "grace" believer) beliefs and the gnostic's beliefs, and the only responses are denial and silence.

How do you PROVE something apart from scripture?

This line sums up the main idea: "Man is a whole comprised of old man and new spirit, and GOD holds the whole man accountable for what he does with the body. "

Your posts are more often than not simply your opinion, so based on what you said, nobody should be listening to you. I appreciate that HeRose has done research to show that was its being put forth is not new, and has it's origins in antiquity, as part of heresies that were being denounced in the early church. Does it matter how long these men have been dead? You talk as if it does, when the heresies live on... much like Roman Catholicism!

No one can take you away,that doesn't mean you cant walk away. Sorry, all I was seeing was posts on this thread and got lonely. I thought I should say something,I needed to be part of the CC crowd. :(

so what your saying is, Because he posts some scripture. He has the right to use the words of some man dead for centuries to condemn others. And because of this, he does not have to listen to what anyone says, he can continue to bear false witness against them. and tell lies about them?

ok, thanks, I did not know that was CC policy.

so there you have it folks. Posts some scripture. as long as you do this, you can use the words of anyone else to falsly accuse others. and you are free from actually having a conversation with that person, to find out what they really believe.

SMH,, I think someone in another thread is right, this place is getting out of hand.
