Honestly I doubt his christianity. Christians don't go around calling anyone who believes something they don't, kooks, crazies or nutjobs, etc.. No Christ in sinnerman whatsoever.
A lot of people do not believe what I believe, yet I don't call them kooks. Kooks are people who live in denial of verifiable facts. Kooks are people who cling to disproven theories and when questioned as to why they believe something else, they refuse to offer evidence of any kind. There is a big difference between a kook and someone who simply has a different point of view.
Here is what I think. When you place two people calling themselves Christians on an anonymous internet chat site and they debate a topic, like say police brutality, a person calling herself a Christian, will not make disparaging remarks about police officers abusing citizens who are being perfectly compliant with them, and then refuse to offer any evidence of the alleged abuse. That would be bearing false witness. If she went so far as to say she could post several videos showing such abuse to prove she is not bearing false witness against police officers, and then failed to do so, she has failed to meet God's moral imperative, regardless of the excuse she then gives for not providing evidence of her accusation.
If it's your goal to be neither cold nor hot in your Christian life, but lukewarm, well...you know how the verse ends. I would say I am cold right now. A real backslider. Someone who has fallen very far behind in his walk. Nothing like back when I was hot. But I do not wish to be lukewarm. Perhaps you do. That's how you come across to me. Very lukewarm.
