The correct term when dealing with textual slurs would be liable, not slander which is verbal..
Now I have not have not done this to anyone in particular, above all you, rather any remarks I have made have been to a general type of person. If you feel you fall into any of those categories, that would have to be a product of your own conscience. Now there have been times when you have assaulted my personal integrity as one who believes Jesus Christ.

You continue to tell me I do not teach or preach obedience, and that I consider everyone who teaches obedience a legalist, which is slander, (a lie) not a slur.
Well of course I will assault your gospel You teach works, Which will lead people to hell. while lying about me, saying I teach licentiousness (easy believism, Hypergrace. Couch chair Christianity whatever you happen to call it) which is a bold faced lie.

I never asked you to "put anyone on ignore". I have never advised someone to do so, nor do I recommend it.
Here's an example of an opportunity for me to go crazy and accuse you of twisting my words, lying, slander, etc. But no--I can see that this is obviously a misunderstanding (and a minimal one at that) and it's not even the main issue....so, I'm simply going to ignore the part where you publicly profess that I 'told you' to put someone on ignore. And move on to more important matters; Clarifying the post in question:
I addressed both PeterJens and you, EG, because you two are the primary individuals who are making accusations against each other in this thread. You may have very well given it a rest since this weekend--great! My post was in light of PeterJen's recent posts (today) which you apparently cannot see.
I'd like to see us move away from calling each other liars, hypocrites, slanderers, etc. And, instead, ask each other for clarification and edify each other in love. This "he said / she said" junk is just that -- junk!

But if I say that Jesus said that no one who has faith in Jesus has eternal life yet, that that life can be lost.

You can defend her all you want, she used that passage to prove to me that salvation can be lost. which is not what it is saying,
Thus she has to twist the passage for what she used it for to be true.

smh,, Thats the problem we have to begin with, people do not evidently think they have to admit they make mistakes.
If you did not say to ignore him last week I apologize (I know a few did, since you were the most outspoken, I assumed you were one of them,, Yeah I know, I know what assume does)
I would like to see people like Peter and then exposed for what they are, and not continually defended for the stuff they do.
But I guess I ask to much.

It is not us who are doing the things you are mad it.. It would be nice if you started addressing the ones who are.
