Whew. Improving my back and working my legs, to the sound of bon jovi.

Sometimes I think of just going to a rock concert twice a week and headbang the night away, instead of doing planks lol.
What is your favorite Bon Jovi song?

Oooh, I USED to like Bon Jovi. Wait, did I mention "USED"? :p

I have not been pushing much weights because of the shoulder strain. I broke my PR on the weighted squats last Friday. Bodyweight - 140lb, PR - 225lb (2 sets x 2 reps). :D

Did a number of things at the gym, but the only thing I kept track of was the stationary bike. I did two three mile sessions on the 2nd hardest resistance with 2 minutes of rest in-between. The first in 13:55 and the second in 14:27. This particular bike has all types of settings and you can ride through various cities, etc.. you see people, cars, landmarks, whatever. Anyway, I had a nice bike ride somewhere in France lol. It was a good workout.

I ride a bike down in my basement on a trainer. I try to get in 2 times a week. I go half a mile at 13-15 mph and then the next half mile at 23-26 mph. I do that for 5 miles.

It takes me 15:30 - 17:00 to finish.

There is a little computer I installed on the bike that records speed and distance. It counts revolutions of the tire with magnets and you just put in your tire size... I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. I think it was only $12...

Nice. Not bad at all. Yeah twice a week is usually what I'll do with the bike. If you do it right, it's a good exercise.. my legs are definitely feeling it today lol.

My legs were still sore from squats on monday and I felt like quitting after 1 mile, then I wanted to quit after 3 miles.

It was my slowest 5 miles that I have done but I finished it...

My legs are almost not sore at all today...

Living on a prayer!!! You like them too I bet! Whats yours?
Living on a prayer is one of them. Also, wanted dead or alive and lay your hands on me.
My favorite is Never Say Goodbye, but its like nobody else's favorite. :( I think its the only ballad they did.

Anyway I once sang Dead or Alive at this karaoke studio at a big amusement park my friends and I went to back in the 80's and they played it over the loudspeakers! :D My friends said I sounded good but I was like...

Am I just doing this all wrong, or is there a point where you're not supposed to feel sore?

A lovely good friday to all of you people.

If you feel sore, it's a good sign. After a while, I hear it should stop...but I've been working out a lot and it still hurts. Lol.
