There is some of the inspired Scripture in all bible versions out there no matter how inferior they may be in so many other ways. The gospel is still found in them all and God can use them to bring His people to a saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
What I believe is that the King James Bible is the only complete, inspired and 100% true Bible.
If you think the KJB is not, then could you give it a shot at telling us exactly which one (if any) IS the complete, inspired and 100% true Bible?
Without a true Bible to appeal to, man becomes the final authority. See the RCC and the Pope.
Old English (Anglo-Saxon) became
Middle English which became
Early Modern English (King James Bible created here) which became
Modern English.

(This is from the 1611 KJV)
Though I speake with the tongues of men & of Angels, and haue not charity, I am become as sounding brasse or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And though I haue the gift of prophesie, and vnderstand all mysteries and all knowledge: and though I haue all faith, so that I could remooue mountaines, and haue no charitie, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestowe all my goods to feede the poore, and though I giue my body to bee burned, and haue not charitie, it profiteth me nothing.

(This is from the 1769 KJV)
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

Modern versions:
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. (NKJV)
If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. (NLT)
If I speak in the tongues(fn) of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. (NIV) [NIV includes a footnote for 'tongues' which reads: "Or
languages".]
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. (ESV)
I am thankful for multiple translations and versions of the Bible which help a person better understand what is written. I am thankful that the Bible is printed in English, Spanish, German, Chinese, Russian... and just about every spoken language on Earth!
