It's exactly what he says. You're just trying to twist meanings of words around like hyper grace folks are notorious for doing.

LOL..that is so true...I head a teacher of the word say one time that the only book he would agree with 100% on what is being said in the book...would be his own book if he ever wrote one. That made me laugh!

yep. EVERYONE is out to twist things around, But HRFTD.. he is the only one (besides peter) who sees it..

ANyone else see th epattern here that HRFTD can't for some reason see?

LOL ... even then! ... we look back on our own words and sometimes start disagreeing with ourselves :D

All these terms are used in respect to our quality of life here on the earth too. People can see scriptures about being saved or salvation and only think about losing the free gift by grace through faith of going to heaven. This is not correct as it violates the clear teachings of the bulk of scriptures.

We are saved now as we will ever be as far as going to be with the Lord. it's a free gift based on grace through faith only.

However, we are also being saved here on earth too from this present world and if we walk according to the flesh we will die early in life or lose out on the quality of life that the Lord enjoys ...we need to walk according to the Spirit within so that we can experience life ( salvation ) here on this earth.

Good morning. Can see all you guys have been busy. :) Having some coffee here and it sure seems like coffee and the Bible are things that go hand in hand each morning. And coming here to CC to meet you all on the forums.

This is how salvation has grown in it's meaning to me too Grace777. AMEN that is an awesome post., I agree with every word of it. He has given us all things we need pertaining to life and godliness. And by faith we "walk" those things out in our new man. (work out your own salvation with fear and trembling) BTW...this fear and trembling is about being serious minded and in awe in a wonderful way. We no longer fear God who is now our Father.,we stand in awe of Him. Can't help but have a need deep in our hearts to worship Him.

Jesus has become our righteousness, sanctification redemption....
1 Cor.1:30 But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. It's a package deal.

That answers the question for me about allowing Christ to live His life through us like it talks about in Galatians. So only Jesus gets the glory for every aspect of our salvation. That entails even more than we know today. There is more to come as we learn. I see this done on purpose so no one can boast for any part of our salvation. It all depends on Jesus.

For instance, Jesus said a man should have tithed dill and cumin but should not have left off the WEIGHTIER things like mercy. He said this before He died. The OC was still in effect. I Do not now take a tenth of my tomatoes I grow to priests in a temple. Though the squirrels and deer get way more than a tenth haha!

That's because tithing was commanded in the law of Moses. The lord's prayer was not taught by Moses, but was taught by Jesus himself. IT is a new covenant teaching.

What do you want to know? If Farley teaches that the lord's prayer is only an old covenant prayer? Do you not know how to use Google? Prince teaches the same. Rufus teaches the same. Ellis (in veiled language) teaches the same.

Amen my friend! Jesus should get all the glory! But sadly people won't simply trust in the finished work of Christ, they think their own righteous works keep them saved. When someone does that, what they are really saying is the blood of Christ is not sufficient for salvation. Our position in Him is settled forever, just as the blood sacrifice of Him is settled once and for all:

 "For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself" Heb 9:26
