The arena of God is not the things that man esteem but what God esteems. The kingdom of God is not in words that men admire..but power in the Holy Spirit
An honest question for you Yet.
If you came to our Bible study tonight, what would want to do?
How would you "minister" to us?
How much time would you expect to have?
With all the half truths you espouse I would not fault a pastor for not wanting you to speak.I've been in many a 'church service' (you won't find that term in your bible), where the Holy Spirit was giving me a clear word to share.......but, I couldn't share it because the 'pastor' was on his soap box. I would have been 'out of order' if I Interrupted, according to 'church' protocol. So I went home frustrated again. After years of being forced to 'hide my light under a bushel', the pain of not being fulfilled in my own personal ministry, what God gave me, it was excruciating.
It affected my whole family. Titus 1:11 (vain deceivers) ...they must be silenced, because they are disrupting whole households by teaching things they had ought not to teach (for fun) and that for the sake of dishonest (financial) gain.'
My kids lost all interest in 'going to church'..you won't find that phrase in your bible either. They saw dad living in depression because of church and its divisions and control, not to mention the bullets I was sweating paying the ungodly tithe.
I wasn't a CORRUPT contractor like most of the guys in the church that were stealing money from their clientele. (I could tell you a story or two), I was a factory worker on low wages.
So struggling financially and not allowed to use their gifts according to your bible, the folks whither and die slowly, to embarrassed to bring the subject up.
See Sardis church. It had a name on the marque saing it was ALIVE but it was DEADER than dirt.
All because of these division causing and clerical command and control centers.
Not sure what it all is but I'll tell you what it isn't. It's not the assembly of the saints according to your bible. I've already proven that with YOUR bible!
The scriptures can be a down right ugly thing, you know it. To the gain sayers, those that contradict the word of God.
Titus 1:9 (One who oversees, )'He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message AS IT HAS BEEN TAUGHT, so thst he can encourage others by SOUND DOCTRINE and REFUTE THOSE WHO OPPOSE IT'.
Note, it says, as the word HAS been taught, past tense, not how IT IS being taught, currently.

At what point does it begin to seep into your head that sheep are not hearing the voice of God in you? That's why we've got so many denominations. A guy gets frustrated sitting on his ministry for years and years so he goes out and starts another 'church', perpetuating the whole control fiasco over again.
At what point does it begin to seep into your head that sheep are not hearing the voice of God in you?
You blame the church for your children not continuing on in the faith but really it is at home where they learn to be faithful.

I've heard him and found him to be a promoter of disorder within the body.Come on Roger...you are not trying to hear what Yet is saying.. He is right on many of these issues and if you look deep and pray a out it..you will see that.
I have to agree with thisI've heard him and found him to be a promoter of disorder within the body.
Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
No good will ever come out of attacking all pastors without respect to merit. God appoints pastors not men and it is unwise to undermine their God given authority. There are bad ones but many are precious gifts from God.
What I see is a man who demands to have the preeminence in the assembly and if denied that he works with purpose to destroy the assembly.

Well first Yet makes very clear biblical arguments and I don't see a condemnation. Made against any godly man...the whole religious order was corrupted from the time of Rome..and many of those perversions remain ...I find Yet a voice of honestyI've heard him and found him to be a promoter of disorder within the body.

Good for you but I find just the opposite to be true. I'm not going to argue the point but you proceed at your own risk.Well first Yet makes very clear biblical arguments and I don't see a condemnation. God gifts the church with pastors. It's understandable with the controlling pastors he had, but he goes too far. Now all pastors are bad and it's not Biblical to have a pastor. Overseeers are Biblical.
He's just like a guy in Holland. I've been to the same big church he was in with an apostle who first split from another church. The guy was simply controlling. I went to one Bible study from him and stopped. No way jose, went to another Bible school from a guy who was not controlling. I just had to cry. Couldn't stand it. All the pastors he had under him broke with him, because he was too controlling. They pastored a church but had nothing to say and no money of course, only he got an income. We were in his church. He wanted my ex to become a pastor for him. Then he could have a job and work for church for free oh and how he spoke to that pastor's wife: you have to know that! I thought no way I am becoming a pastor's wife under you. Luckily my ex didn't want it either.
Now one guy stayed there for years and was never allowed to do anything, he saw all that, so he speaks just like Yet. But he also sees now that there are good pastors. He now more or less pastors others but that doesn't work. They do what they want. He's no pastor. Some live in fornication and pray for people on the street. He also complained about pastors getting money. But now that all those guys work full time for the Lord it's: hey we should give money to these people.
God gifts the church with pastors.
Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
God does not gift the kind of men you describe. Those come from men heaping to themselves teachers having itching ears.

You never will because you couch everything in an antagonistic manner. Everything with you is a dig against the pastors regardless of how God is using them.Romans 12:10 and 13 'Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love, in honor preferring one another.' The church is trained to prefer and honor the 'pastor' above all others. He is not preferring or honoring the little guy over himself. He has a title. Makes him preferred. If he just got done squeezing the tithe out of grandma, how is that preferring her over himself. He did, however, prefer her money.
Need proof? Someone new walks into your den, do you not say to them 'come meet our 'pastor''. He's preferred and honored above all. A division.
'Distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.' Most cannot afford to do this after dumping their tithes into the plate shoved under their nose.
Talk about quenching the Spirit.
Psalm 133:1 'Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in UNITY. (Shoulder to shoulder) ,' I personally would not know, for spiritual unity is missing in churchianity.
Hey Persuaded. So you went to your bible study. Did you teach these scriptures to the folks so they could start using their spiritual functions in the open participatory meeting and be fulfilled in their ministries like you get to all these years? I didn't think so. They are being cheated, and your the one holding out on them, eh?
