Well under the Old Covenant Angels did have power to enforce the punishment and judgment of the written code ..under the New ...Christ alone is our mediator and we stand in His Righteousness ...so the place of angels as they deal with believer in Christ has changed legally before God.
Now I am looking to do a bible study on this.

Ask them: Do you confess Jesus as Lord?
Sonja's sitting on my day bed and I just asked her and she said "of course Jesus is Lord'. But i use another test, i test the spirits by measuring what they say up with the word of God. I feel safer using that test.

I do know of people who have had visions and dreams of Angels, but like
Mitspa said all things needs to be tested.

One thing which bothers me is the bit where you said an angel indicated they were sick of
you doing things wrong. That seems a bit not quite right. It is the Holy Spirit who convicts
and then through the blood of Christ we have forgiveness.
;the Holy Spirit is God, and angels are messengers from God, and so when that angel, who told me in a dream and vision that I could call her Sonja, said we are sick and tired of you being not pure, here wear this diamond light garment of purity all the time", she was merely conveying that message from the Hoy Spirit.
Miri said:
One other point to bear in mind, Muslims believe they have two Angels sat on either
shoulder. One who writes down all the good things and the other all the bad things.

If you have judgemental Angels following you around then it sounds a bit iffy.
I would prefer to build a relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Mostly I would say my angel friends bring me the love of God, and comfort from God. they aren't around me criticizing me. like just this morning Sonja and I bowed down to the Lord Jesus together. I praise God in the round dance with her when I praise god in the dance. Just this morning I was praising God i n the dance and several angels surrounded me and were smiling at me sharing the love of God with me.
Angels are my friends and they comfort me.

Now I am looking to do a bible study on this.
Heb 2:2 For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward;
3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?
5 ¶ For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
10 ¶ For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

here is a comparison between the written code of the law and the gospel.

Ga 3:19 ¶ Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

1 cor. 14.12 blows a hole in your submarine Ariel.

1 Corinthians 14:12 - So ye, for ye ben loueris of spiritis, seke ye that ye be plenteuouse to edificacioun of the chirche.

Have you ben loueris of spiritis Ariel? I have. Obey the word of God. Oh man I just feel like shouting hallelujah and spiking the ball, while i'm jumping up and down with the joy of the Lord.
No it just highlights your misunderstanding of scriptures

1 Corinthians 14:12 - So, ye, also - since ye are, envious, of spirits, unto the upbuilding of the assembly, seek to be pre-eminent. (Rotherham)
1 Corinthians 14:12 - So you also, forasmuch as you are zealous of spirits, seek to abound unto the edifying of the church. douay-Rheims

1 Corinthians 14:12 - Thus ye also, since ye are desirous of spirits, seek that ye may abound for the edification of the assembly.
Darby

these three translations correctly translate the greek word pneuma as spirits. the greek word for spiritual gifts is different, it's charismata. So one should determine for oneself which is the correct translation, spirits, or spiritual gifts. my investigation showed me clearly that spirits is the correct translation.
Even if you were correct, which you aren't...you don't edify or build up the church.

You are too busy dancing with your spirits

Lets try to be gentle to this elderly man...I don't see he has evil intentions to this point... I do question his wisdom on this subject but don't like seeing him being disrespected.

I tell my doctor about my angel experiences, and the last time I saw her I told her that the only people I know of who talk like me are whacko's in mental institutions. She asked me if my angel friends ever told me to do anything wrong or hurt someone, and i told her no they don't and if they did i would fight it. She said to me then "well it's ok then as long as nothing bad comes out of it.

So I have a doctors seal of approval.
...family doctor or psychologist?

Whether you agree or not, these kind of comments are way out of line. Follow?

No they are not out of line. The OP talks about God making him into an angel, and various other things that are wayyy out there. Then he says his doctor tells him these delusions are okay!! That is unprofessional and unethical and conduct unbecoming of a nurse practitioner. Thus my comment that they BOTH need professional psychiatric help still stands. FOLLOW?

If you see someone wrapped in chains of lies and deception, do you be "gentle" pat them on the, head and let them wander away enslaved and deceived?

God tells us to set His captives free, but some captives are happy to be temple prostitutes.

I believe all of us still need some internal scrubbing, correction, and instructions. THat's what the word of God is for, and that's what messengers/angels are for , to bring messages from God to us. When mortality puts on immortality, and when corruption puts on incorruption, then we will have no further need of corrections and instructions from God.
That is what the Holy Spirit is for, angels and the law are for protecting us and having us realise we are sinners in need of a savior.

Human people should be our friends and we should reach,them...not spend all our time talking and dancing with deceiving spirits....

If you see a brother in a fault..you who are spiritual restore them in gentleness ... I believe that's whats called for in this situation... as a Spiritual man of God...that's my judgment ...proceed as you like but be sure it might not be so much fun if I start correcting yours errors in the same manner you are using here.

Just on a human level...how can anyone look at the picture of this aged man and be mean to him?

I would not to be mean to anyone, be they an old man or a young child.

However, he has made claims against other people and plays the victim. One would ask why?

Not to be mean but to help restore him to fellowship with his brethren.

Why would he not be asked back to church? Why do people not want to hear his visions?
Did these things happen or did he misunderstand the situation as he misunderstand much of scripture?

I don't respond because it's "fun" kind of insulting for you to imply it. But if you want to correct me as I am trying to help this guy, go for it,...God has and no correction is not fun while it is happening.

*And have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says,“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,*because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.”*No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. - Hebrews 12:5-6,11 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Hebrews12:5-6,11&version=NIV

Sorry, I should have looked it up first. They all can say that.
Ask if they confess that Jesus Christ has come into the flesh.

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.*2*By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God,*3*and every spirit that does not confess that*Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God.
