well, women still don't like me.
Now, I am speaking as one Christian brother to another. I have never seen many women who are thinking about settling down and getting married, who are attracted to wild hair styles. A serious change in hair styles could attract a lady seeking a serious relationship. Look at the men who attract the most attention from women:

If that picture you use is the way your hair really looks, my guess is that the hair is what is turning women away. I suggest you lose the statement you are trying to make with the hair and any attitude that goes with it, and TRY AGAIN.

Then remember the song, "Looking for in all the wrong places."; and try a Bible Study Group for Singles.
I don't believe that his avatar is his real picture.

Very good deductive reasoning my dear Watson. It did not take me long to find out it is the Actor/Director Jason Momoa, who was sporting the dreadlocks he wore during the filming of Stargate Atlantis in 2006. He has cut his hair by the way in more recent pictures.

I am still single because I choose to work hard for what I have and I want a good Christian woman for my bride and where I live there is not many available. I have been searching around on the internet such as POF and CL but I know that scam artists are hard at work with their sob stories and broken promises.

I am very curious naturally I actively participate in engaged conversation and I become disinterested in prying someone I don't know over messaging.

The Lord knows my heart and mind very well I am glad to be able to remain patient and find that person praying for someone like me too.

I guess that's why else I'm single! Yay!

Then he shouldn't have a problem, all he has to do is keep the litter box clean, adopt out 4 of them, and do volunteer work at the local Cat Adoption Agency, because lots of women love cats. I am thinking about adopting a second minature dachshund myself, not to attract women, but this little doggie of mine is driving me nuts, wanting me to play with her all the time. She needs a playmate.

I hate the dating game and the drama and deception that is often involved.

Also I date very conservatively, so that probably lowers my odds of meeting the right one. What I have found is that it's beginning to seem absolutely impossible to find a girl with a conservative "relationship" history nowadays, but I'll continue to do my best to live the way God wants us too.
Mitchell, I have tips for you that may be helpful. When I was in my 20's, I was always trying to push or kick the door open to a relationship, and finding it extremely difficult to even carry on a conversation with whomever I was dating. I was constantly thinking, "What do I say next?" That in itself should have tipped me off that she was not the woman God had chosen for my soulmate, however, I was not even born again back then.

Finally I pushed my way into a marriage, and it was a complete disaster. She demanded a divorce 6 months after I had married her, and that demand came on Christmas Eve no less. She stated her reason was that I could not earn enough money to buy her what she wanted in life. That drove me to three attempts at suicide the the following week, and only the terror of KNOWING hades/hell was for real, and forever stopped me. The only thing good that came out of that relationship, is I finally hit bottom hard enough to turn over and look up. I willingly surrendered control of my life to Jesus Christ as LORD.

So what do I perceive is the biggest difference between meet the right Lady, compared to the wrong one? When a mutual friend introduced me to my soulmate Elizabeth, I knew it from the very first night. Unlike every date I had been on prior, the conversation just flowed, like we had known each other our whole lives. I was interested in everything she had to say, and everything about her. I think it was our human spirits ministering to each other, that formed that kind of instant attraction.

With all due respects, I honestly do not believe it is their good looks that attract women so much as it is their fame and fortune which does.

Neither. :p

I'm totally attracted to my hard working husband. And the fact that he comes home to me every night is attactive too.
But I will confess the most attractive thing about him is his socks actually make it in the laundry basket when he throws them in.

Good grief. What a bunch of baloney.

Maybe for all the women you've met, and I'm sorry for that, but that doesn't apply to all of them. We have lots of hard-working, independent women here in Singles--you'll get to know them over time.

Being known sucks. People think they know your business and can talk about you any way they please. Growing up, I had a well-known relative and everywhere I went, people thought they "knew" me or had a right to say something to or about me. I was at a flea market IN ANOTHER STATE and someone came up and said, "Hey, are you... Isn't your (relative) so-and-so..."

I do what I can to not be known, and I always go to a different church than my own family, just so that people will see me and not someone else.

As for fortune, my father raised me to work and support myself. I have never relied on a man for money and, in all my relationships, wound up supporting the guy (and this was when I just had multiple minimum wage jobs.) My philosophy about money is that that I can work for my own--I don't need to, and refuse to, use anyone else.

Stereotypes suck. For both genders.

Let's all do our part in blowing them to smithereens.

This post is also quite ironic, since I've seen several of your posts in which you state you're just waiting for a rich heiress to walk into your life and marry you.

I can only assume you just might be joking... ?

Because I haven't found anyone desperate enough to want me. LMBO!! :)

I am devoted to remaining single for a while. I'm happy. More so than I believe I've ever been in my life. For now anyway.

Truthfully. As a man that has spent the majority of his adult life alone and hated every minute of it. Yet even at my age it still comes down to this. The very few women that would be interested in me, I don't want anything to do with. The ones I seem to always be interested in, wouldn't have anything to do with me if I were the last male on the planet. As much as I hate loneliness, there are worse things than being alone.

No, it is their looks and their attitudes, that are their primary characteristics that attract or repulse most women. You tell me how many of these famous, rich guys have you seen with a bunch of women chasing them. These three are famous and rich, but that does not seem to make them attractive to women.
