Creation starts with the picture of a perfect "and it was good" creation and design, that gradually grows morally and physically corrupt.

Evolution starts with physical corruption, chaos and disorder, to produce something better, more perfect and good.

God could not have part in anything which is chaos and disorder. He is a God of order.

The two concepts, of creation and evilution are 180 deg opposed.

Actually, there's quite a bit of real evidence...not enough to promote it from theory status to fact status, but enough to believe it is, for the most part, accurate.

I could show you the evidence I've found in support of evolution, if you'd like? Personally, when it comes to evolution, I'm on the fence. Plus, I just don't care either way, because geology was the only science that ever really interested me, the rest just bored me. Plus, G-d isn't going to be upset with anyone for believing evolution, nor will He take away your salvation and send you to hell for it. So, to me, it's not a big deal :)
 
Well I knew it before now, but I'm not a fundamentalist. *Shrugs* I'm still thoroughly Bible believing, just think a few of your checkpoints represent interpretations rather than pure "I believe what it says" mentality. You're still my brother, though :)

I know that God is the one who created and brought about the order, but He's also the one who first made an earth that was "formless and void". He is not just a God of order, but God of ALL.
 
Quite honestly there is nothing evil or wrong with science by it's definition. The problem is in those who practice it. Everyone grows into their lens of viewing reality and the creation. This lens is created according to the things your parental figures have taught you, your teachers, friends, etc during the development stages of your life. Humans have a tendency to only see what they want to see because of this lens. For example, a scientist who grows up an atheist won't take any evidence that suggests a creator seriously, and therefore will never do any worthwhile experiments that test this theory, while most Christians are either afraid to(if insecure in their faith) or don't feel it a worth their time to study things that seem to support evolution.

Science in it's purest unbiased form(without humans involved), shows you an orderly Universe, where every natural law works in conjunction with one another to give everything form, energy, mobility, and structure. Truly objective scientific study will lead you to the conclusion, at the very least, there must be an intelligent designer. Einstein actually didn't want his theory of general relativity to be true, because it indicated that the Universe had a beginning. Scientists long held to the view that the Universe had no beginning and will never end. But Einsteins theory of relativity proved this wrong. This is something that Einstein didn't want to be true and he made no further efforts to prove his theory. But when it was proven by another scientist in Europe, that he shared his work with, Einstein conceded that this evidence couldn't be explained away. This caused quite an uproar in the scientific community when they discovered this. The person who proved it to be true didn't even want it to be true, but was objective enough to acknowledge that he couldn't explain it away.

Of course we know now that scientists have tried to explain this with the Big Bang theory. Again it is people looking for evidence to support what they want to be true. But science in it's purest form will only give you greater revelation in what is really said in Romans 1:20.

Chaos and order then. Good point. I guess, genesis describes a very orderly process. Evilution does not.
 
All science points to God. (I heard Galileo said this.)

The more you study the creation, the more evidence you'll see of the Creator. :)
 
Browncoat: believe me I've heard and seen "evidence"....................... I'll refrain from going into it here, but it's basically what Machew said.
 
Ok RoboOp, I cant stand it anymore! I dont know what you are eating with those chop sticks but it must be good because all Ive seen for the last day is you munching away! So please share, what is it that your eating?

Okay, about my current avatar (which will likely change soon). It's a snapshot of me on webcam in the Lounge (in the chat room) eating at a fast food Chinese food restaurant. Somebody judged me for that believe it or not (long story). So I decided to actually make it my avatar.

I'm eating kangkong at Chow King (a cheap fast food restaurant in the Philippines). It's a green leafy vegetable. It cost me less than $1.

I was judged for appearing on webcam "eating Chinese food with chopsticks" (long story). So, I decided to be more bold with my chopsticks.

Well basically I was judged for saying that I didn't have money, but then another time appearing on webcam at a restaurant "eating Chinese food with chopsticks". (kangkong -- a $0.60 dish at Chow King)

Anyway, I'm a fundamentalist, but I'm not legalistic, judgmental, etc etc. I think there's a real distinction between being a fundamentalist (as in believing the whole Bible) and being judgmental and legalistic. :)

As to judgement....
Its like trying to explain to our children that we are broke so no treats, yet they question why we have the money for medicine.
They cannot understand the concept of life supporting budget vs meeting needs and wants.

Chow King? What is that, like a burger king over there? I'm ignorant concerning life in the Philippines, so please forgive me.

I'd say it looked like you were having way too much fun at that place.
Looks like you found the handle on those chopsticks though ,LoL.
