No but you do need to have the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit. How can you ever understand what the Holy Spirit says in the Scriptures when you have not the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit?

I think a true "practicing" Christian is one who keeps trying over and over again to believe, because they can't quite get the hang of it. LOL
If a person doesn't doubt once in awhile they are lying to themselves, everyone else or both.

Why don't I just say what every one else wants to say but is unwilling. Mohammed Ali is in Hell, Okay, He is in hell burning with a torture that never ends. Unless, somewhere along the line he accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior.
Which is why some of us don't want to definitively say where he is! You make my point perfectly -- we absolutely can NOT know for sure. So why are we even discussing it? Focus on your own faith walk.

He was the greatest, those foot moves are in boxing History, However, His name was Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jr. and then Mohammed ali after he converted to Islam.
I think I have pretty well said it quite clearly and plainly, several times. He is NOT in Hell (whatever that turns out to be.) He is in the very same place every one of you (and me) is going to be until the resurrection.
And, if you think you aren't going there, then just where do you think you will be raised from when Jesus returns?

A thread about if Muhammed Ali is in hell or heaven. Why was there no thread: 'pray for celebrities' instead?
I started such a thread once, pray fervently for the lost, book from Lee Thomas, but got no response. This goes on page after page.
Am I the only one wo feels personally responsible if someone died who might not have made it to heaven and I didn't pray?
I read that whomb twin survivors have that. I have always felt personally responsible. I wish more people did.

IF Ali remained a muslim until the end - he's in hades.
IF he turned to Christ before the end, he's in heaven.
See?
So, you think at the resurrection, you are going to be torn away from Heaven, where you think you will already be, and thrown down into Hades (the REAL meaning of the word is "grave.") so you can then be raised by Jesus... as the Bible says will happen?

message out to let them know where he was.
