Greetings followJesus,
Just FYI, the scripture that you posted above takes place when Jesus returns to the earth to end the age. There will be a judgment of the sheep and the goats, which are those great tribulation saints who will have made it alive through the end of that seven year period and will be judged based on those qualities mentioned above. The church is not apart of the judgment of the sheep and the goats, as we will have already been judged at the Bema seat of Christ prior to God's wrath being poured out. When we are judged it will not be for sin, but to receive reward or to suffer loss of reward.
The true Christian is saved by trusting in Christ as the One who alone provided salvation by His work on the cross and not by anything that we can do. The true believer is walking in Christ and being led by the Spirit. As we continue going from faith to faith we are being transformed into His image, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit, which is the life-long process of being made holy. When we sin, if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Our salvation is not based on works, but on faith in Christ as the One who alone purchased mankind for God with His own blood. As we walk in Christ the Spirit is going to bring to our attention whatever is not pleasing to God in our lives, which again is the process of being transformed into his image.

matthew 7:21-27"“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash
