You can buy your rolling pin here...
Just knock him on the head and take him home. Make sure he gets you an expensive ring!

https://www.amazon.com/Farberware-Classic-Wood-Rolling-Pin/dp/B005D6GFFA?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0
No no NO! Everybody knows a marble rolling pin is better! Especially a chilled one. This is a fact - if you put a marble rolling pin in the fridge and chill it for a while nothing, N.O.T.H.I.N.G. will stick to it. It's the only way I can roll out my sourdough cinnamon roll dough. I bought one for $11. Very good value for the money.

So how do i date on here?
Automatically. Your date is put in the little blue header at the top of the post. I guess if it gets old enough you are out of date, but don't expire on us yet; you're too inspiring.

Try match.com or christianmingle.com. You'll have better chance of finding a guy on one of those sites, because THIS site is NOT a dating site..
As much as people say this place is not a dating site, it does produce good marriages and courtships. Yes, we have the constant "this is not a dating site posts" but for the love of God don't randomly endorse or direct people to other sites so casually just because they are dating specific sites.

Man Sentenced to 37 Years in Christian Mingle Rape Case | NBC 7 San Diego

Here, at least we have a tight network....a rep system, public post history. People that can vouch, etc. We are much safer than a lot of other places in that regard.

DF has an excellent point.

I've had conversations with at least two women who were raped by dates on a popular Christian dating site. Neither perp was caught or even had their account removed.

And, the attacks happened in public places (like a parking lot.) The women were trying to be safe by meeting these men in public places, but it still didn't prevent these horrible crimes.

Now, I am NOT making all guys out to be bad at all. I'm just saying... DF has an excellent point about us having a network here, especially in Singles.

I've met 7 people from CC at various times. One of the reasons I trusted each of them is because other members had already met them and/or could vouch for who they were.

I know one lady from CC who I won't mention as she would def be recognized by someone if I mentioned her screen name. She had a bad christian mingle experience too. She didn't get assaulted thank God but the guy was an absolute creepazoid. Like, even though he didn't actually do anything violent he was the super clingy despereate, I am mad at you because you didn't answer my 30 texts type.

Here though, the pickings are quite high quality. I must confess if I was marriage minded I would literally be ok with randomly spinning a wheel and just marrying any of the single regulars from here at random. I don't think it would be dangerous if the ladies spun a roulette wheel either. Everyone here is really good people. I understand the whole not making it dating specific but completely forbidding it as a cardinal sin is going a wee bit totalitarian to me. "Don't pick any of the good God fearing people here, go play russian roulette where the dating pool is crappier".

Donkey just reminded me of another incidence I had in chat.

This was years ago, and the user is no longer here, at least, not under that name.

I'd been spending time in a particular chat room for several weeks. We had a smaller group that gathered there every night and so we really got to talk to each other on a more personal basis. One of the guys in the room starting PM'ing me a lot, for several nights in a row. He seemed nice enough, and we even eventually talked on the phone.

Not long after that, one of the girls in the room (I was friends with several of the girls there) wrote me and said, "By the way, beware of X. He talks to every girl here and is looking for anyone who says yes to being his girlfriend. He's already tried talking to me and all my friends here." I hadn't told her that yes, X had been talking to me. And, after one "real" conversation on the phone, he never talked to me again, which I felt confirmed what my friend had told me.

Yes, I know it borders on gossip.

But when people I've known for a while through both laughs and trials give me a warning, I pay attention.

I never had that much of a close-knit circle on the dating sites.

That was literally my style when I was 19. Lol. You can judge if you want to but that works like a charm. If you ask 100 people not everyone will say no :p

Notice that I didn't name names at all, DF.

It very well could have been you, and you know it. :p

No judgments here. Don't ask, don't tell!

I'd get a dog if I were you....wait, I did do that. Dogs are great because they always love you and never really talk back or tear your soul out.....or put you in the lowest pit of despair....or have kids that are practicing on you for their future criminal careers. Dogs are better than humans.

I agree. You ever notice how when a person with a dog dies, there are stories of how the dog laid by the owners side the whole time? And cat owners are found half eaten by their cats.....

Not only that but some cats will sleep on your face. I think they are trying to suffocate you. Haha.

You ever notice how cats over dig in their litterbox and get litter all over the place? They are actually practicing for burying your body.

Cats are spoilt and pampered. They are evil.
