"He mocked him cause he was an idiot." So the fruit of the spirit is to mock? I didn't know it was okay to do so, and to make hand motions like the reporter did due to his disability.
How is you putting a label of ignorant on me any different than what Trump did? Is idiot a worse label than ignorant?

Ignorance in that one likes a candidate so much that any beliefs are being thrown away simply because said individual is in awe of another man. And I speak about majority of Christians that are supporting Trump. The fact you just tried rationalizing mocking someone proves my point.

If you wanted to split hairs, technically it is.

Idiot implies lacking the ability to absorb and retain information whereas ignorant merely implies that a person is lacking information.

I respectfully disagree. It is unbiblical to think, hope and wish anything other than the best for someone else. Is it not? If you wanna split hairs. :p And please don't get the impression that I am trying to hold people to a standard that I have a hard time achieving myself. Lol

You're sort of taking liberties with regards to implying that the "majority" of Christians are in awe of Trump. At least for me, I don't really do the celebrity worship thing that well. Trump is a man.

I'm implying that the Christians that are on record saying they're Trumping along, majority of them are rationalizing his behavior simply because they feel he is their ticket for the US. By any means necessary.

I'll bet you hold Trump to a higher standard than you hold yourself. After all, every man is right in his own eyes.

Actually no. Research shows we generally tend to be our own worst critic. And I fall right along that line. But when it comes to running for president of the United States, yes I judge a candidate by character. Something in which Trump has shown a lack of.

So are you saying that a man who lacks character cannot change, be used by God etc?

Trump doesn't show any desire to really change, only say what people want to hear.

Trump is on record saying he never really feels like he should ask for forgiveness. I can pray for him, most definitely. Just like any other person that's lost. Then again, how many Trump supporters are praying for a change of character in Hillary and Obama? Are you, Sirk? Can you practice what you preach?

I think the charge is he says things that people don't want to hear and cant deal with...but those who know the country is in big trouble, we know he is seeing and addressing the real problems in America.

Or maybe for some It's the fact one cannot compromise Christian principles and character simply because a lot of other people are. You can't speak for everybody.

Ok lets say that was awful..now lets compare that to the crimes of Hillary and the condition of nation is in from clowns like Bush and obama. Patton slapped a soldier but when it came time to save American lives and win the war...It was time to give Patton the power.

I'm going to listen to what the Holy Spirit is telling me rather than what someone on here has been trying to preach.

I don't know the outcome of the general, but I will be praying for both candidates. Hopefully the good Lord will prevail.

I can only go by what my heart tells me and you're right.... I don't like Hillary or Obama....you wanna know why? I think Hillary wants to be president for the sake of being president. She doesn't have some higher calling....it's the prize for her. Plus, she does and will do what the globalists want. As far as Obama, I think he hates America and American values and is a closet Muslim. He has planted muslim sympathizers in every facet of our govt. It's gonna take a long time to undo the damage he has done...and maybe will even require the blood of patriots. Of course we should be praying for our leaders. That said, the only thing you know about Trump is what you have been told to believe about him by the same people who want Hillary installed in the Whitehouse.

Who cares. This is actually sort of childish in my opinion. Besides the fact that you are misquoting him.

Except it's kinda hard to ignore the on record statements of Trump and on air actions of his (The "I've never asked for forgiveness" line, the mocking of a reporter with a disability, the comments he made about his daughter, and what he would do if she wasn't his daughter, just to name a few). And my heart is telling me to not vote for Trump, because he's an arrogant **jerk** that thinks he can act however he wants. I am unwilling to give up my beliefs, unlike others.
