And, chocolate, a tear-jerker of a movie, and something hot and satisfying to drink. Or, cold and satisfying, if it's hot where you are.
Alternately, if action movies are more your style, something with enough explosions to leave you imagining the 'dumper' inadvertently caught in one. Along with some really spicy snacks, and a good beer (Proverbs 31:6-7).

-Cry. Allow yourself to feel hurt. Sharing with a trusted friend may help.
-Give yourself time to recover. How long it takes will depend on how long the relationship lasted and how close the two of you were.
-Use the experience as you move forward in your search. From your dating experience, you hopefully learned about your needs, what you have to offer, and the needs of a man. As you go forward, you should be able to use what you learned as a tool to filter out incompatible men. You probably can also start working on ways to improve you.
