Islam in no way pretends or claims to be part of the Church. So we cannot really call it heretical or false doctrine.
Zionism however has infiltrated the Church, which is why the Beast From The Earth can be correctly identified as (Christian) Zionism. The lamb with horns that speaks as a dragon.
Islam is described by Paul as blasphemous, this is because they do not represent Jesus as he is. Blasphemy being the false representation of God. Islam understands his divine authority, but not his divine nature.
you, then, that teach others, will you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal?22 You that forbid adultery, do you commit adultery? You that abhor idols, do you rob temples? 23 You that boast in the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law? 24 For, as it is written, “The name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.”
Even when Paul criticizes Islam, he is really turning the heat on Judaism. (Stealing, (usury), adultery (quickie marriages), Idolatry (homosexual behaviour). )
If Judaism represented God properly, then Islam would not exist. Islam was really created as a tonic to Jewish apostasy, which is why Islam detests homosexuality, usury, immorality, and why it demands charity to the widow and orphan.

I have no real definition of Islam, as it is impossible to know what to believe in the age of mass media.
Most terrorist activity is sponsored by and comes out of the US and Israel. Isis is nothing to do with Islam, a fact that is transparently obvious given that ISIS routinely bombs Shia and Sunny Mosques, and goes nowhere near Israel. lol.
