Maybe, but it depends on whether the hate speech included threats.
Imagine if I said I was going to the US to kill all the people on CC who preach against my opinions and ranted on about how evil and terrible all Americans are etc

just adding: Racism and threats are against the law in most countries, so if you break the law, you have to face the consequences. It being done on facebook is no excuse.

I dont really run my mouth but I do post stuff that is happening around here and have said that I very much think who miss behaves should be brought right back into the home country. Integrate or go. But Ive not once posted a death threat or something like that..Thats for lowlives.. Im not THAT dumb.

Yea but where does racism start and where does it end. Often it gets used as a excuse by the liberals to shut someone up. Muslim isnt a race but yet if you speak out against Islam/radical Islam you get called a racist.

Yea, that's true.
I guess it becomes a bigger problem now since people can "hit and run" rather than explain their views face to face.

In Norway it is politically correct to be for Palestina and against Israel, so if you dare to speak up FOR Israel you better take cover.

Yeah the anti Israel movement is getting worse here as well. But the problem thou is that Netanyahu does tend toalways bash Germany again and again so Merkel decided to say that she is not sure if the support of Israel is still up to date. After that Antisemitism just exploded here. That also giving a good ground for the Right wingers and other radials to gain popularity.

A good rule is to just avoid facebook and twitter all together....they are massive time wasters and also heavily censored by the powers that be.....post about stupid celebrities and idiotic news that's okay but if you challenge the status quo/question govt it will immediately be censored as "offensive"
....remember you have to always be accepting of everything....be warm and bubbly as the mutants file into your country, screaming allah akbar, throwing dung at train drivers, complaining of receiving bread and water instead of a 5 course meal, being totally non-assimilating....saying you can't dress "western" or wear revealing clothing b/c their religion says you can't even though it's not their country....giving them churches to conduct their islamic prayers/rituals etc.....

As one radio host I listened to said,....they are human garbage....i agree yes im not being PC b/c it's the truth maybe and a BIG MAYBE 5-10% are true refugees, but a good 90%+ are young males of military age entering under the cloak of amnesty/refugee.....

The german people have a right to be outraged at their human dung of a chancellor merkel.....she sold out the country to reprobates *cough refugees.....they shouldn't take this lying down anymore and protest their rights being infringed on along with their enemy takeover by way of refugees....

Netanyahu or as I call him (nuts and a yahoo(chocolate milk drink))) is a horrible person. He celebrated 911 as a great opportunity for his diplomacy of wanting to basically wipe out palestine/arabs. He's even quoted as saying it....

He is not what he portrays himself as being... righteous, a true jew etc..... he practices zionism which believes all other races except jews are inferior and need to be exterminated....his policies also betray this belief as he always targets arab countries as terrorists (of course some are but some don't even care about Israel yet he picks a bone with them)...

Germany is smart to not support him and his satanic viewpoints...they should side with Russia and putin.

Also, that whole bit about Netanyahu celebrating 9/11 is, as far as I can see, a rumor.

My impression is that he is a rock-ribbed realist whose central motivation is securing Israel's survival and prosperity. Act like that this day and age, and you will inevitably be accused of racism.

lets be frank shall we. Freedom of speech is there to protect offensive speech (yes that means hate speech) so under honest freedom of speech racists have every right to say what they think.

However I think this is more of the German government saying to the people, we are going to allow these people in who are going to rape your daughters, kill you, assault you, and if you speak out you go to jail

I'm open to persuasion in the opposite direction. While I am an ethnic Jew, I have no love for Zionism in totality (it's a complex topic). Forces within Israel have contorted Zionism to a more traditionalist viewpoint which I am cool with. It seems Netanyahu is one of those traditionalists or at least in league with them.

Fair enough, I don't have a video unfortunately but I think he's a guy who would say that given what he does in the west bank and his dirty mossad does as well.....anyway that's all I'll say :)

What qualifies as hate speech? If I were to say "I think homosexuality is wrong", would I be guilty of hate speech?
