Did Melania Trump plagiarize, in part, Michelle Obama's speech?

on a slightly related note...after pointing out that tiffany is the only trump so far whose convention speech hasn't been found to contain lines from other people's previously published work...i took my paper grading pen to her speech...

looking over the transcript of tiffany trump's speech i find that it really does contain the least evidence of having been written or substantially reworked by a professional speech writer...her sentences tend to be shorter and there are several abrupt transitions... basically it is what you would expect if a talented but rhetorically inexperienced college student sat down with her pen and wrote herself a speech for class...

although junior's speech got the most acclaim...-typical-...tiffany trump's speech comes off as more authentic and therefore more effective towards the purpose of getting across the 'there is a kinder gentler donald trump you haven't seen' message that much of this convention seems to be dedicated to...

lastly i can't resist noting that the smartest trump child is the one who wasn't raised by donald...go figure...

That I thought it was humorous that while the first man who made the speech recieved huge applause, the man who used the speech after got nearly no response for it at all. What would I really be saying here?

Sorry, but not knowing all the facts, and assuming wrong is not lying. You and I both know we can go back through everyone's posts on here (including mine and yours), and find where we all got something wrong. But we did not lie about it.

I think you missed the part in the bible where it talks about thinking on things that are praiseworthy etc. Every time you post something in regards to Trump I hear your axe grinding.

if the trump campaign's current story of how this all happened is to be believed...then there is practically no way they -didn't- know 'the facts' all along...melania herself would have known that michelle obama was the source of those lines...

Given that pretty much 100% of what you say about Trump is negative...
it might be hard for some people to believe it is not meant that way.

yes i will state definitively that it was not pejorative...you have no reason to assume that my dislike of donald trump extends to his children...

especially given that in just this thread i have said positive things about tiffany trump...sympathized with melania trump...and dismissed a false allegation i saw in the media about donald trump jr. having plagiarized lines from his speech as well...

and with this post i have also referred to him by his full name 'donald trump jr.' just as many times as i have referred to him as 'junior'

Rachel, there seems to be a hint of you implying bias in the media and maybe the trump family against the Trump woman as I am reading through your recent posts here.
Serious question, not to put you down, but I don't see it. Why do you believe that, if my assumption is true.
If I am reading to much into it, aw well, I have been wrong before, will be again...
