I just want November to come and go and hope I still have friends when this is all said and done....hope there is still a country left too as you never know who will end up with their hand close to that red button.....

thanks , Jesus lives, for the head's up on the jokes. Awesome. Yeah, l'm looking forward to the end of this campaine. but you know what, the next two years are going to be harendous. And I ask God....."Why these two, Lord." And then I think maybe it's actually part of God's plan for bringing down America finally. What better two than these two.

I agree....now don't get me wrong this election is very vital in the direction this country will go, but I see people not just here but in real life that is turning this election between Clinton and Trump into an idol and it is placed before God and what is taught in the bible. The whole basis of the bible is on love and the way the supporters of each candidate are behaving is ridiculous and goes against everything in the bible itself.....Okay political rant over lol

Its still talking about it.. and lots of it is a joke, but the future of our country and our children's hope to live in a decent society is at stake ... maybe you guys need to try and understand what is at stake here and take your responsibility as Christians and citizens more serious?

I don't dispute any of what you've said. Indeed the future is at stake, but I'm certainly not going to let this circus get my blood pressure up, and I have no interest in debating the hearsay of political puppets who do nothing more than pander for votes. I'm quite content to avoid the mainstream media outlets, be extremely discerning about what I read or hear from independent news sources, keep my head down, and continue to prepare for the apocalypse regardless of who gets to rest their tooshie in the comfy chair behind the desk in the Oval Office.

No one is making anyone get into the political debate ..but to start a thread to make fun of the people who are involved and act as if the whole thing don't matter or has no importance... Is misguided in my view... To make a thread about how much you hate politics and then talk about politics is kinda odd anyways.

Especially when those so "sold out" involved try and tell us how important it is to our future, and the Nation's future, AND THEN nominate TWO of the MOST UNQUALIFIED Candidates in the HISTORY of Politics........Talk about a joke.....

If anyone truly believed that this election is so direly important to the future of our Nation.........then they would throw out both of the current candidates, throw out all of Congress.......AND START FROM SCRATCH.

We see this thread is not really about getting away from politics ..its just a way for those who didn't get their candidate a place to trash Trump with Hillary without getting challenged ... Thank God we don't have another Bush vs Clinton election ...having just the Clinton is bad enough.
