The bible says we are in this world but not part of it.
PN, please allow me to clarify, that verse does not mean move over to Bizarro world.
as shown on this forum, more often than not, the right wingers are a part of the Bizzaro world

I don't defend Bush nor either party...I'm Tea party and Trump supporterJohn Rockefeller, Prescott Bush, Clarence Gamble = all Republicans who financed Margaret Sanger
this on top of all the children who died in the Middle Eastern wars created by traitor Bush
1) different worlds
I, for one, live in the world of reality. Dunno about yours but you are free to determine that for yourself. At least one would think or hope so.
2) Fox
As I mentioned before, I watch Fox, not CNN or MSNBC. I can only make a determination on what I know, not what I don't know.
3) BLM
I have some disagreements with BLM. What exactly that has to do with the GOP or Dems is rather unclear. There is no question that the Dems promote social policies that help the poor whereas the GOP is the party of the wealthy. Just watch Romney's 47% speech or consider all the welfarism Bush promoted in his wars in the ME where Halliburton made $63 billion. Then consider how YOU are the one who pays for Bush's treasonous war while the rich spend the day counting their money.
4) whole world against conservatives
Really? If so, consider, what exactly have conservatives done to deserve the respect of people throughout the USA or the world?
They continually create wars and instability over the world, give welfare to the rich, make the poor poorer, condemn gays but promotes gay porn, supposedly want to reduce government but expands it more than any other party, wants "government off your back" but happily endorses police crimes against innocents, is totally dismissive of concerns over pollution, claim to be "pro life" but financed Margaret Sanger, claim to be the worshipers of the Prince of Peace but are the biggest promoters of war in this world, claim to be practitioners of "moral Christianity" but their politicians are caught more than any one else in sex scandals, etc.
Do you honestly think Jesus would want to be identified with people like that?
5) Israel?
See my earlier posts with proofs that only the Messiah can re-establish the Kingdom. Your support of "Israel" has no biblical basis whatsoever. Besides that, as I have also proven Israel was established by communists. It remains a socialist state.
6) pro life stance
Nobody on this forum is more pro life than I am having survived an abortion attempt. Remember, Roe v Wade was decided by a Republican court which also voted as it did in the Casey decision. It is your Republicans who are the abortionists.
7) " I'm proud to be respected enough by my country that I can own a firearm"
The sentence makes no sense to me but as I wrote before, I am a former member of NRA.
8) guns not prohibited by the Bible
Neither is porn or meth but I suggest that these are undesirable. But you will find more meth in the suburbs than in the cities and far more porn in the Red states than Blue ones.
9) proud
Pride comes before a fall. Proverbs 16:18
Don't be proud. Be humble.
John Rockefeller, Prescott Bush, Clarence Gamble = all Republicans who financed Margaret Sanger

I'm glad you're speaking out if this is true. I've never trusted the Bush family, especially after 9/11.
Could you post some sources regarding this? I'm curious to learn more about this.
I grew up in and lived most of my life NYC too.
Judging from your posts, you fit the mold of a typical NY'er.
That's a left handed compliment
What borough did you grow up in?
I would rather be identified with a group that knows the difference between right and wrong even if they struggle with it, then a group who calls evil good and good evil
Have done so already but am glad to post them again as they should ALWAYS be on the mind of every pro lifer, especially those who are so readily fooled by lying right wing pundits.

Wealthy, elite Republicans = promoters of racist genocide. And yet, some people still claim that being a member of that party is a sign of true Christianity.

TheAristocat; said:I thought I'd clear this up:
The Republican party is not the "party of the rich". I think liberals don't understand this because they get hung up on why Republicans give tax breaks to companies. The companies are the life blood of our economy. If we had competitive tax breaks for companies, then not only would American companies return to America, but foreign companies would rebase here too.
That means more jobs for the jobless. But in practice so far that has not been the case, because politicians haven't figured out how to do it effectively yet. So CEOs get big tax breaks and more money, and only a few extra jobs get created. The Dems then decry the Republicans as being for the rich in spite of the fact there are poor Republicans too.

The real problem is all the corporate welfare and foreign tax havens the wealthy elites get thanks to the Republicans elitists.
