I was born with Chronic pain and it can get very painful, especially if I don't work out. I make sure I work out for an hour a day and that helps reduce the pain but there is always pain thanks to my chronic pain illness. I am definitely thankful that working out does help and I feel much better after my workouts working out is so good for us.
