I think there has always been Israel pertaining to the outward flesh and a Spiritual Israel as an inward Jew. God has simply given them a new name that he named, called Christian...same bride
I think because God is no respecter of person and he informs us a new creatures we are no longer of the flesh we can understand what he says in so much the he puts no difference between a Jew and a gentile purifying the hearts of both by His work of faith. There are not two gospels, two brides of Christ the church.

I think it is men who try place a difference as a form of pride.
Christ Himself is the fulfillment of all things concerning the Law and feasts. Look at all things in the Law including all feasts through the finished work of Christ Himself. Look at the feasts, Sabbath days and the Law to see Jesus and His obedience to it. We are in Christ now - if we are true Christians.
Agreed mike ! ALL Sabbaths are 'holy Lev 23, and what is holy belongs to God !

You observe what you want to, but I will not give up the Sabbaths of YHVH.
I agree with the 'good works....and because we are saved !
But we are to do more than 'rest on the Sabbath....we are to 'remember the Sabbath to keep it holy, and to 'assemble before God (to be instructed by HIM) Lev 23. It's a special time/appointment set aside for intimate communication with His own people who hold dear what is holy to God. Any other time you assemble before MEN from whom you HEAR 'about God 'secondhand !

If you are God's own like you say, you will be happy not only to DO what God says but 'go the extra mile ! Creation is 'ongoing and we are expected to move ahead with it-until we are perfect....the 7 days are not up yet !
I know that depending on Christ's finished work for living is all babble and it has always been offensive to the Jewish mindset - even for those that try to make themselves Jewish when in reality they are Gentiles.
Law-keepers continually leave out Christ and this is why their religion is anti-Christ even thought they have the "appearance" of being godly but in reality continually break the very Law they say they live by.
They have a very low respect for the Law by making is seem to be "do-able" but they do not keep the whole law at all and James says to break one law - is to break them all.
Paul said that in the last days people would be anti-Christ NOT anti-God. Law-keepers for living deny the work of the Lord Jesus Christ and are in fact anti-Christ despite "being for God". There is a massive difference.
Replacement Theology, is heresy! There in lies the problem with this thread. God is not finished with Israel. That is crystal clear in the Word!

No! That is legalism. If you keep one partof the law, Paul said, you are a debtor to keep the whole law. I thought this sounded familiar. We have this heresy in our town too.
Personally, I freely admit that I can't keep the entire law. So what happens if I break one of the commandments, and are therefore guilty of breaking all of it? What then?
Call it whatever you want. I will observe God's Sabbaths. (and enjoy doing it!!!)
The cross...the only solution. Everything in the Law of God is forgivable by the blood of Jesus.
That's the difference in the laws. All the violations of Moses were atonened for with all the sacrifices
. Which were a looking ahead to the cross.
Jesus said that He would not eat the Passover again, (in the upper room)until we were all with Him at His coming.

But it is not a sin, to not perform the ritual, of not working on the Sabbath.
OK, so if I've accepted that atonement for sin through Jesus' sacrifice as my salvation, but I look to follow the Law with no intent of gaining favor from God, what happens when I break one of the laws? What happens?
