I agree with you. Those who advertise themselves as a 'coach' and being 'passionate about fitness' when they've constantly advocating all different kinds of meats, they're constantly talking about carb control and not only having but giving into cravings throughout posts is a total joke. I've heard obese nutritionists claim they're an authority on diet, lifestyle and health. As a vegan, when you eat healthily you don't have those cravings at all to start with because the brain and the body have been fed everything they need. Sugar is like poison for the body and carbs are excellent. When you have a sound understanding of what real food is and what the brain and body needs, you'll have a much more sound knowledge of health and be on the path of genuine fitness and longevity in your life.
