I believe Satan must come before Jesus Christ. He may even come as a vision in the heavens in imitation of our True
Lord and Savior Jesus.

Technology now, arguably exists to make this deception very convincing to even the Saints if possible. (Ref; project bluebeam, HHarp, vast satellite radio and potentially holographic spatial network

Just my thoughts

Rev. 9;1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth; and to him was given the key to the bottomless pit. (Satan)

Rev. 10;7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished..,

Do the research, don't be deceived. Do your family and friends know what to look for, do you?

The great deception? You mean the rise of the Roman catholic Church ..that tried to destroy the true faith and the Word of God?
 
I have thought for some time that the Anti-christ will claim to be the Messiah.. There is a clear religious element to the deception because the Anti-christ will be worshiped as God and claim to be God.. So it is not beyond possibility that the Antichrist will perform his lying signs and wonders and convince some christians that he is the returned Jesus or convince Jews he is their long awaited Messiah or convince some mulisms he is a mahdi...

Antichrist in the truest sense of the word does not mean "against Christ" but instead something like "the replacement messiah". So I think you're spot on. If you compare him to Jesus, there are remarkable similarities. There is the mark of the beast, and there is the mark of God, both received on the same body parts for instance.

In fact some Christians even confuse Jesus with the individual who would stop the sacrifices in the temple, because it fits with their theological view that Jesus abolished the Law. However if you read further you see that the individual who stopped the sacrifices also set up the abomination of desolation.

Anyway, Christians will need to be on their guard. Reading the Bible a little bit and allowing the popular opinions of the world to shape your theology isn't going to cut it. There's going to come a time when a lack of knowledge or faulty theology won't just mean a bad Bible grade but may mean losing your life or your hope.
 
The RCC is more of a daughter of Mystery Babylon.Mystery Babylon as a whole is a teaching of the truth,twisted.
Think of the Tower of Babel, when they wanted to make a name for themselves and build a tower that would reach unto the heavens,by their own will power.

Pray and meditate on what you have said here.

A few years back I asked God to reveal to me what the "great deception" aka "a lie" (singular) was. I was shocked when I got the answer. Ask him, he will show you but be willing to put aside everything that you thought you knew.

I will give you one hint. The majority of Christians today believe in it and believe that it is the will of God. I did too at the time... thus the reason I was shocked.

It is true that it is deceptive. However, it is not the great deception. Scripture says that the great deception is a lie. One lie... one concept... one doctine...
it causes people to be caught off guard unsuspectedly. It causes them to expect one thing, when yet another happens instead.
 
I hate to say it, but a great deception has been among us for a long time. It's also become irrelevant. Until truly brought into Christ, it doesn't matter what we believe. The only thing that truly matters is that if you belong to the Truth, He will seek you out just like the rest of His lost flock, and redeem you. Only those who know His.voice respond when He calls.

Has God asked you to keep this a secret? (I'm sincere). If not, would you be willing to share it with us and how you are certain it is from the Lord?

It is not necessarily a secret. However, it is better that one would hear it straight from the Lord. Especially because so many of us have been taught this delusion. It was not easy for me to part with it and I would not expect that from others as well.

How I know it was from the Lord? His sheep know his voice. The Holy Spirit confirmed it in scripture. The same scriptures that I had been reading for years suddenly made sense so clearly. They seemed so cryptic before. I was also sent a few messengers afterwards to confirm what I was told.

I hope that you will not only seek him on this, but trust that he is more than able to reveal it to you.

This particular scripture is essential... but start at the beginning of that chapter to get a clearer idea of what is being talked about.

At least I got several notifications about some small but aggressive replys that I thought was just denial. So I doubt I'll be on this CC.
