I don't pay much attention to personal pics or albums unless it's something particularly humorous, gross, shocking, and such. What sticks out to me is inconsistencies in stories, unnecessary exaggerating, strange coincidences and such.
I know I shared my compulsive liar former colleague story in another thread and it was still on my mind during my visit with my sister this weekend so we started exchanging stories of some absurd lies we've been told just for no reason at all, fake illnesses, fake tragedies, inflated lifestyles, and such. I don't need to hear weird back stories, explanations, and excuses when I'm not even invested in whatever the situation is...I'd rather just not be told anything at all. My sister used to manage people and would get some elaborate detailed voicemails on why they were calling out...a simple "I'm not going to be in today" is usually all that's necessary if you have available time, instead of making up deaths or claiming you have some form of disease only found in the tropics, complete with graphic descriptions of the symptoms.
