Is Trump really a Christian? Like, has he been a follower of Christ before he started running for president?

I mean, Obama claimed to be Christian, but its pretty clear he really isnt.

Lol, Bill Clinton and GWBush both went to "church" it doesn't really mean anything.....both are members of secret societies and don't work for the people but the satanic elite.....

Trump going to church is no different then saying a person went to walmart....it doesn't mean he's necessarily Christian.....as much as I support Trump, I seriously doubt he's a true Christian maybe a name only but that's between God and him....

It could as easily be asked: "Are you?"

I don't feel it is my right to question either of you.

Don't be dumb. This has nothing to do with about where he is speaking. It is just that I imagine most of you never saw this talk.

I refuse to be hoodwinked with the he's a Christian vote for him....junk that most people use to rationalize voting for someone....

For all the claims by republicans to stand for evangelicals about anti-abortion, anti same sex marriage, anti-welfare to true bums, have they changed anything in say 30 years? The answer is no....it's all a bunch of vomit they bring up every 4 years to emotionally psyche up people to vote for them...but they never change the laws.....look at GWBush...did he abolish abortion as he claimed he would....no....same with clinton saying he's for the middle class yet he pushed through NAFTA and destroyed the factory workers in America's auto, iron and steel and other industries....

I don't know if Trump is a christian or not but going to church doesn't make you saved as we all know....

I believe he has the head knowledge, possibly some heart knowledge but not a mature Christian. I would stop short of calling him a nominal Christian, I haven't heard his testimony of when or if he began having a personal relationship with Christ. But the problem is,as with Obama,it is easily faked. Not saying that Trump is faking but he is not evangelical in his experience that I can see.

Calm down over there brother! no need for name calling lol....no I didn't see it and probably won't see it b/c I'm tired of hearing of trump/clinton on tv over and over....lets get this election crap overwith lol...beating the same topics over and over is mind numbing boring.....

I still stand by what I said, politicians will say anything even carry teh Bible to deceive voters......it means nothing to me that he went to a church.....we'll see proof if he's in office whether he backs up his big words or just succumbs to the corporations and elite like Obama has done....

What is wrong with you people? What??????

He is not running for preacher of the United States. He has never said he is out to promote believing in God. He has simply said he will defend the rights of Christians.

He is running STRICTLY on the platform that he will do all he can to fix the corrupt system we have allowed to take over and control this country.

Hillary doesn't even want the mention of God in this country, let alone fix the corrupt government she believes in and worships.

Ive already said that on here, Im not voting on a pastor. Im voting for the platform that Trump is running on. Dems platform had people booing God and Israel at their convention last time round. But Im not like some who try to make Trump look like an evangelical Christian, he's not. But if he is willing to stick with gun rights, and not take freedoms away from Christians, stop corruption and try to get the country back on course thats good enough for me. I cant understand how a Christian could vote for Hillary. Cant see it. Or sit at home and let her get elected.

My words are seldom limited to only what gets said in one lonesome thread.
This is a response to the many putdowns in many other threads about Trump not being "Holy" enough to suit some people.

Well, Im not running for US president.

I never understand why politicians have to lie when running for office. Im voting on them based on their policies and the promises they make. I dont vote on them because they showed up to a prayer meeting at a church once.

If a politician says they are Christian and are not, it just makes them look dishonest. I feel less comfortable about them when they pretend to pray to God to appease certain people.

I vaguely remember hearing something about his wife doing nude lesbian photos or videos or something. It would suggest to me that hes not raising a Christian family. If hes not a Christian, Id rather vote on someone whos honest and doesnt lie to me to gain my trust.

(Ive said before that my biggest issue with Trump is that he once supported things he claims to now be against, such as abortion)

Please post him saying he was for abortion. I have a hard time believing that.... maybe for medical or psychological reasons, but not for convenience as the Dims want it to be.

No surprise at all. the man has definite issues. I would venture to say he is ruled by Satan. Poor guy. Not even on a political note, but a purely human note...................he has definitely been seduced by the Devil. The man does not even know his own mind.

I have no comment as I am not in the mood today for an argument or a tag team session. For the record, I don't like Hillary or Trump.

For the record, one of them is going to be president. And your vote could help decide which one.
