Patriots do all the simple things really well.
I still don't like them. And not just because they cheat. Because the refs cheat for them as well.
The Patriots are good enough to win without the refs cheating for them.
Did you see the multiple passing interference calls in the end zone in thursdays game? The first one should have been offensive pass interference. The second one was legitimate and a good call.
It wasn't necessary. The Patriots had that game in hand from the start. Because they are a good team, they do all the simple things well, tackling, blocking, running, passing, etc. And they have good coaching.
I don't like the Patriots but I kind of do like Bill Belicheck... Just like I didn't like the Steelers but I liked their old coach, Bill Cowher.

Also some of those db's for the pats secondary were grabbing texans wr's (yea their mediocre at best but still ) most other teams would have been called for Defensive PI but not the pats even when they grabbed them on catchable sideline throws....
I hate the pats, I think their coach is okay but I think they get way too many favorable calls as well....not to mention they dominate a pathetic/weak division so they are always guaranteed a playoff spot just by being the best in a sucky division....

I wish Cowher would come out of retirement and get back under the headset. He would be one of the only coaches that could handle the Cowboys atmosphere imo.

Romo would be on the bench the way Dak is playing and his running ability.... if cowher were coach....he reminds me of a catfish the way his mouth is so huge and always frowny looking lol.....like he could eat someone....hahahhha....but he was always consistent in getting the most out of his teams and getting them to the playoffs even if as a wild-card.....
Hey, the Jets are pretty talented this year on both sides of the ball. I'd be surprised if they aren't in the playoff mix. The AFC in general just isn't that good though. The South is horrible top to bottom.

Lol, catfish comparison is true and funny. Cowher, maybe Jon Gruden are on the short list of coaches that wouldn't put up with Jerry Jones' antics.

The Jets are probably the most upset about Pats being 3-0 without Brady. That was their window to getting ahead early in the division and get themselves in the playoffs. They are good this year, we'll see if they can catch up.

to a game who is in their 80's and couldn't make it up to their seat that
they had paid good money for, for what???
to watch the new-age-worldly warriors perform for the mass-ess in the arena???
is there anyone who 'gets this' out there???

I dunno oldethenew, why did your friend have an issue getting to his seat. I don't go to games, I'm much more comfortable watching on tv. It takes a lot of metal to navigate 50,000 people for 5 hours, I'm not up to the challenge and I'm 30 years away from 80.
I'm excited..maybe a chance to win this week since the Dolphins play the Browns who are also. 0-2. Of course all the Browns fans just said..."I'm excited..maybe a chance to win this week since the Browns play the Dolphins who are also. 0-2."
They tried their best to lose, but the Dolphins have a win lol
My Vikings are up to 3-0. I thought they were going to lose today, but the defense keeps dominating. 3 interceptions and 8 sacks... not many teams do that to Cam Newton lol
