Hmm thats interesting. If it happened during the stretch, then I'd say you tore some muscle tissue, but after the stretch is a mystery to me. You can try massaging it to get the blood flowing to the muscle and to relax it.

Oh dear, yes. I've had several very realistic dreams involving the deaths of various family members. I think the worst one was the one in which my sister-in-law died, because of the affect it had on my brother. My brother is one of those happy-go-lucky people who always seems to be in good spirits, and really lights up a room. He's constantly making people laugh. He literally has not cried since he was about eight years old. So in my dream, seeing him depressed and miserable over the loss of his wife, that truly broke my heart.

And my father killing or hurting my family.

I did my usual workout this morning and got an absolutely HORRENDOUS knot in my shoulder; the entire left side of my body is in pain, and I can barely turn my head to the left. Today is most likely going to suck.
However, when these things happen and I earnestly ask God for healing and it doesn't go away, I think...what if God is just using this to prevent a more catastrophic event? Like, what if I got to work today and I was asked to lift something quite heavy, but I ask if somone else can do it, and I would otherwise do it if it wasn't for this knot, and if I did lift it, I would somehow lift it weird and literally break my back?
I dunno, maybe this theory is completely ludicrous. But it makes me feel better about being in pain.

I've had some really scary ones too and there was a time when I kept getting them. The worst one I had was probably the one where I got shot. I always believed that you could never actually get caught or victimized in a dream, that they would just chase you and never catch you. :(

I usually escape, but there have been plenty of times where I've been shot, stabbed, and otherwise mangled or killed in dreams.

The fun one is where the dream is stuck in a loop and you die again and again, with slight variations. Fortunately, minus a few exceptions, I'm not easily traumatized by dreams.

I just kind of wake up like, "Well, that was gruesome."

A comment like that would normally get you yanked across my knee and spanked for your smart mouth, but I have a sneaking suspicion you'd like that. No judgment. I know, however, that I best not start something I can't finish.
 
Dear customer service person, I can hear you chewing gum while your on the phone with me. Why don't you just smack your lips and bite your fork while you're eating while you're on the phone with me. Take care of all the things that make my skin crawl and get it all done in one phone call, thanks!

Whoa that is way beyond what I've ever dreamed.. I know that certain types of medication can cause really bad nightmares but I've never taken them. Not saying you've taken any, but just sharing that fact I guess. They'll give you the worst nightmares, but you'll sleep like a baby lol..

LOL Nah, no meds for me.

Dreams like that are unusual for me, but they do happen on rare occasion and usually end up permanently burned into my memory.

I don't think any of my dreams have ever featured famous people. Unless you count Inspector Gadget and his niece, Penny. ;)
