The balm is fantastic skittles, hope you're feeling better. If that fails you try Osteo-lube from invite health, that may help as well.

I'm nervous about it. I need to do something though.
I hope you love it :) Honest to God, people go to meetings hoping someone like you will show up that they will be honored and blessed enough to be able to help, for we do not recover alone... whatever it is you face, you are never alone. I started going to AA meetings long before I was willing to give up mind and mood altering substances. I was drawn by the level of honesty I heard in the rooms as people openly shared about their struggles and challenges in life, their sorrows and failures, their joys and triumphs too. When they spoke about the solution, I did not hear that as well, the readings flew right over my head as I waited impatiently for the sharing part of the meeting to start. And when they spoke about God? Ugh, there was no escaping that either heehee but I actually enjoyed listening to people's God stories, too :) Nobody was preaching at me. The 12 steps help save my life, and gave me a venue where it was safe to explore not just my issues but my spirituality and beliefs about God. Try to go to ninety meetings in ninety days if you can. You will be amazed before you are halfway through :) The core of the program is developing and maintaining an ongoing personal relationship with God. Love and blessings to you!!!

Good luck at your meeting tonight, YIG. I will pray for everything to go well, and for you to find the help you need.

So today on my walk home from work, I ran into a cat and a dog who were sitting out on someones front lawn. They ran right up to me, had me pet them for a bit. I tried to read to dogs collar, but he didnt have any info on it. They lead me to the back of their house, and cried and junk. So I took them to the front of their house and knocked on the door. I knocked for a while but no one answered. I was worried, about both the animals and the owner, so I went to their neighbor and knocked on her door. She answered, and I wanted to tell her that these animals were leading me to their door crying, and that I was hoping that maybe she had the neighbors number so that she could call them and get help. But like as I was telling her, she said "okay" and closed her door.

Im guessing she was afraid of me? The animals were right there in the lawn with me. So she either just didnt care, or she thought I was some sort of attacker, which kinda makes me mad, that people would be so afraid of the world around them that they wouldnt even help their neighbor. I really hope someone helped those animals/neighbor : /

I wish you well. My Brother In law and some others I know have been going to AA for many years now. I've never been to any meetings but I know it saved them , the sponsors and the program. I use a lot of the same steps and prayers with food addiction. It's been a great help to me. Sending good vibes and prayers your way.

I just found two mini chocolate bars in the vent of my work van. They are just chilling in between the slots. I think a coworker must have had some melted chocolate to make hard via the air conditioner... :D

I'm watching another car chase on tv. There should be an online betting site where you can bet on whether it will end:

A) peacefully
B) in a shootout
or C) the guy gets away

Wow the guy just pulled into a gas station and parked at a pump. The cops aren't even close to where he is. They are like scared little kittens or something..
