Biblical illiteracy
If you had any idea what repentance is in the New Covenant - you would agree with him. Actually here he is telling people that are living in adultery to repent of that sin.

ISIT quotes the verse over & over & you still say it's only the rejection of Christ.
Well, guess what..... your teaching isn't in the Bible.
Willful sinning is just that..... not falling into sin as the flesh would do, but rebelliously sinning, making sin your master once more.

Jesus warns us to stop certain behaviors as they will destroy us.
One good reason to stop behaving bad is because consequences come to us in this life. If you take up shooting heroin in your arms today - you will not have a good life nor will you live long. People that slander others in the body of Christ will have consequences too in this life - only they will show up differently than the heroin addict.
Here are some good grace based articles that talk about those churches in Revelation. These will bless you as you see the beauty and love of the Lord for us in those letters to the 7 churches.
We must always look at all obscure scripture through the very clear scriptures.
I like to use this site sometimes as it answers the tough "seemingly" contradictory scriptures in light of the finished work of Christ which is very clearly outlined in scriptures. It also has at the bottom of the article a place where people have asked questions. Sometimes I learn a lot from that area too.

ISIT does not post scripture after scripture...lol...he posts His "application" of a scripture. If the fact that the wilful sin is unbelief in the sacrifice of Jesus as seen in Hebrews - if this upsets your religious views - so be it.
Answer this question and it will reveal the truth about "wilful sinning".
Have you ever wilfully sinned? Of course you have - so in your religion if the wilful sin is any other sin but unbelief in Christ - there remains no more sacrifice for sins and thus you will die with those sins still on you because Christ's sacrifice for those sins will not be for you.
Can't you see that this is a bunch of religious nonsense? Why not just actually believe the gospel of the grace of Christ instead of your religion?
The truth still remains to yield ourselves to the spirit because we are not under law but this verse in Romans has nothing to do with the wilful sin of rejecting Christ's sacrifice for sins in the book of Hebrews.

isit gets mad at me because I say he is a sinless perfectionist. but he will not state that he is not sinless and perfect. so, why bother to try to converse with someone like this.
Maybe this will help you to see the truth about forgiveness...watch closely the Greek tenses - do a study on what the perfect tense is and it'll bless you.
It's the same tense Jesus used when He said "It is finished".
Forgiveness is a done deal - either believe it or don't believe it.
On the subject of forgiveness that we have in Christ now because of His precious Blood...here is what the scriptures say.....sometimes the truth in the gospel of the grace of Christ "conflicts" with what we have been religiously taught.
1 John 2:12 (NASB)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] I am writing to you, little children, because your sins have been forgiven you for His name's sake.
have been forgiven = perfect passive
perfect = The perfect tense in Greek is used to describe a completed past action which produced results which are still in effect all the way up to the present time. It is continuously happening in the present.
passive = voice = action is happening to you....you are not doing it
Without a doubt this verse says that the sins are forgiven from a past action that remains in a continuous completed state and that was put on them....not something they did.
Ephesians 1:7 (KJV)
[SUP]7 [/SUP] In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
We have redemption = present continuous action...so this means we have present continuous forgiveness of our sins...
and look...that grace stuff shows up again!...it's all according to the riches of our loving Father's grace that He has given to us in Christ our Lord.
Colossians 1:13-14 (NASB)
[SUP]13[/SUP] For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,
[SUP]14 [/SUP] in whomwe have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Same thing here too...present continuous action = forgiveness of sins
Redemption!..we have been bought with the precious Blood of Jesus... Let's honor His work.
