Can't believe how expensive candy and chocolate has gotten over the years. A big bag of hersheys miniatures is now like $10. It used to only be around $6 about 10 years ago... And they used to sell candy bars 3 for 99 cents at the dollar store now they are 99 cents each and they are noticeably smaller than they used to be..

My little mutant dog's b-day is on Halloween. I'd let you be my mutant dog if I could... (although, trust me, you do NOT want her mutant problem...it's SO not cool)
No thx XD I'm planning to write the next president to see if Halloween can be switched to my birthday. Problem solved.

What sane person would spend 10 bucks on Hershey's Miniatures? Reese's? Sure. Take my money.

I really love my new ministry. It's been 4 months since I was moved to Sound Control Room as a Sound Controller (aka soundman assistant, and managing communication with other venues) for audio feed going out to the rest of the country. There are more than 10 venues receiving live audio feed every Sunday. I also get to see live mixing and listen to music director cues even if I sometimes don't understand all the terminology. Best of all, I get to sit back and relax during sermon and there's food.

Yeah.... October. My sister's birthday is in a couple days. My brother's birthday is closer to the end of the month. Those are the October birthdays that I know of. As for Halloween, I wish there were activities meant for older people around here, because all I know of, is a dance for the youth in my church. I can go, of course, but I don't feel like being the only huge, pregnant person there out of all my friends. That, and I don't dance.
I had a fantastic idea, that might offend people... I want five people to dress up in marijuana-themed attire, and call themselves a high five. I also want someone to dress up like a goat, with an inner tube, and be "whatever floats your goat". Which has somewhat been a joke in my family, since the day "goat chat" was brought up by LovingKindness7, in the chat rooms here. That was fun, and "a truly enlightening experience". Lol.

I take back what I said about being huge. I'm actually quite small for 8 months pregnant. Must be a girl. :p
If it is, she's getting my mom's first name.

Same over here.... but not just candy, everything is getting more expensive. Even when salaries remain the same.

My birthday is in February. There is always a snowstorm on my birthday. Never fails snowstorm February 25. I don't really care, never have. We usually have Chinese food and watch a movie. The weather can be bad I don't care. This year I'll be 47. For 47 years my being born has caused a major snowstorm, that's my legacy, I'm like Elsa from Frozen, it's awesome!
