Strange Dream About CC

I had an odd dream last, that all the people of CC were sat in one room,
on sort of classroom chairs. They were all watching a small portable
TV, but the screen was blank and there was no power on. Nobody seemed
to realise and everyone just continued to watch the TV.

How odd is that. Maybe we need to pray for the Holy Spirit to move on here
and in the life of each person.

Lord i prayer that you would work on each one of us and use this website for
your glory. That the Holy Spirit will open eyes and wake up what needs to
be woken up.
 
Could be that we're all putting things out there but not taking anything in? As when, we're all wrapped up in ourselves to the point that we don't see what's being presented to us?
 
Just sitting there watching, thinking we are at least watching something educational or entertaining...
But in reality we are all just wasting away the time, staring at an empty screen...

Be honest, when was the last time a discussion on this sight changed your view, or really brought your heart to a breaking point in repentance... Mine personally was at least 2 years ago...

A lot of this website is christian in name, but not in spirit... A lot of it is christian in spirit as well...
I just see a lot of people using this as a way to join a church, but it has very little structure that a church offers... Which allows members of this church to walk around with their eyes shut off of God...

Not all dreams have substance. It could just be your subconscious processing your daily activities. But maybe there's something to it. That said, I wouldn't be watching a blank screen. I'd be reading a book.

I agree but dont chuck the baby out with the bath water, a lot of good happens as well.
People receive encouragement and prayer, lonely people and housebound get to chat to
others.

Genuine friendships are made. Hey people even meet and get married. :)

People get out of this place what they put in, if their aim is to constantly correct, argue,
cause contention, stir up contravasy etc. That's what they will get back but not
everyone is like that.

That can can be a problem with social media, people use it to see what they can get out
of it. I suppose as Christians we should be asking what can I give of myself to others.

Could be, although I do get many genuine dreams from God. For me it's one of the ways
God speaks to me. But I'm also open to it being a normal dream that's what I put them out
there for testing. :)

Ps all this kittens are really confusing me! Lol

I know, Miri. I may not agree with you on some things, but I do believe God speaks to you through dreams. Either way, you're right, it's a good idea to test them. :) Huglife kitties roxor.

I think it means we are all here, we are all looking for something, but we're coming up blank.. :rolleyes:
 
It could also be God trying to say that we are all glued to our screens (computer screens) and we're not really getting anything out of it even though we are entertained..
 
The thingy about no power, or lack of power was defiantly a main feature of the
dream. :)
