I've read about Half of the debate transcript along with fact checks. On the basis of content of replies I have to give Pence the edge.

Naw, I think Trump will take Pence's win as a win for himself for having the wisdom to pick Pence as his VP. Had Pence folded like how Trump did against Hillary, he doesn't have to own it.

Nevertheless, I have to give the devil his due and admit Trump did a good job picking Pence.

I just hope Trump doesn't take his eye off the ball because Pence hit a double against Clinton/Kaine. I expect Trump to come out with guns blazing in the next debate... I want a home run! I want Trump to annihilate Hillary so badly that he makes Jeffrey Dahmer look humane.

Don't think he will. Being a freshman in an important debate is difficult. Both Donald Trump and Tim Kaine serves as good examples. They lack experience and come across babbling or as an oral machine gun.

a focus group gave pence an overwhelming victory...a scientific poll done last night however showed pence winning the debate much a much smaller margin...i think it was 48% to 42% if i remember correctly...

the poll result sounds roughly in agreement with the debate i saw...

both candidates came off as cocky and arrogant...pence's dismissive facial expressions and constant head shaking made him look totally full of himself...but kaine's interruptions made him look like the one with the attitude problem...

pence had a harder time defending trump than kaine did defending clinton...pence did a lot of hiding from trump's views and statements...it's got to be embarrassing when trump's running mate realizes that what the republican presidential ticket needs is less trump...

however kaine's strategy of trying to score one 'gotcha' point after another wasn't appealing either...

overall it was roughly a tie on substance as both candidates were tasked with defending the indefensible...but kaine came off as more obnoxious and so he lost...

while pence won the debate...just barely...it isn't likely to have a major effect on the next wave of presidential polling...

vice presidential debates generally just don't accomplish much for either the winner or the loser...biden's resounding victory over ryan at the debate in 2012 only paused obama's decline following romney's overwhelming victory in the first debate...it took another two presidential debate victories for obama to seal the deal...

given that pence's victory over kaine was not nearly as decisive as biden's victory over ryan...it probably will only slow trump's fall...it will arrest what might have been a freefall for trump after a debate loss followed by another very bad week...but trump will still be left at a major disadvantage...

Pence clearly won the debate.

Kaine got the better commercial out of it.

Not sure which I would rather have.

No matter who wins, America loses. It's pretty sad

I'm curious to see how Donald Trump will respond to a question about his taxes In the upcoming debate.

IE

Mr.Trump,70% of the American people want to see your tax returns and although your tax returns by law do not have to be shown but the IRS said you can show them (tax returns) If you desire but

you choose not to show them, would you be protecting your Interest over the peoples need to know that you can be trusted?

Follow up question.

IE

Mr.Trump,IMO It would ease the minds of some people If they knew for sure that you are under audit, would you be willing to show the letter stating that your tax returns are being audited before the election?

I'm pretty sure Trump will address his taxes after hillary addresses illegally deleting emails during an investigation. In which case she should be in prison for.

Yes,but I don't think the people will accept deflection as an acceptable answer.

Remember,Donald might be asked this question directly by a member of the audience.

The question about showing the letter will be difficult to answer politically without sounding suspicious.

Wow! Even in jest thats not funny. I wouldn't say that about Hillary as much as dislike her.
it's not funny but it's true...dahmer murdered seventeen innocents...trump's stated policy of carpet bombing parts of the middle east and killing terrorists' entire families would result in the murder of probably tens of thousands of innocents...which is more humane?
