Just like the rumors that Obama was a communist who was going to end the capitalist system, take away your guns, suspend the Constitution, and overrun this country with Muslims. Not one of those rumors ever panned out despite the repeated assertions by the right wing that they would.

It is time for the right wing to end their lies and to present actual evidence of their claims.

That's the problem with some on the right in the Republican Party. They love them circular firings squads.

8 years into Obama's presidency and still blaming Bush. When exactly will Obama be responsible for his own presidency? I'm sure that when Hillary is elected she will shirk responsibility also and just simply blame Bush.

When Bush 2 was running the media beat him up pretty good to keep up appearances. But in the end he was still an establishment guy and they handled him with kid gloves compared to what they are doing to Trump. If they didn't want him in they would have done what they are doing to Trump. I'll bet little Bush jr was quite the little ivy league tail chaser back in his drinking days.

NAFTA would be considered a treaty, not a law. A law is a legislative act a Nation imposes upon it's own citizens whereas a treaty is an official policy established between Nations.

However, only the President in office, with the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate is delegated the duties regarding the making of treaties, yet the President does not have the power or authority to approve any treaty on behalf of the United States.

So 61-28 is about 5 votes short of a Constitutionally approved treaty.
