let me mention something to you that may be helpful
you are calling yourself stupid and asking for prayers
perhaps we have all called ourselves stupid at one time or another (except for the sinless few who look down on the rest of us)
are you aware, that people will tend to act out of how they view themselves? that is a biblical concept...the Bible says to renew our minds and we do that with the Bible...we are to align ourselves with what God says about us and that should be our confession...not I'm stupid or worthless or no good...
believe me, I have said plenty of negative things about myself and others...and it can take some time until we stop doing that...this is not about positive confession and you get what you say...this is about understanding all we are in Christ...that is believing that we now have a changed spirit and we are in agreement with what the Bible says
I am oversimplifying it and this is getting long...but start by refuting that self imposed name of stupid...you are not stupid!
I understand about a splintered family....so does God...
so prayers offered for your family...but also that you would see yourself in a different light

ty for saying I am not stupid, but my family makes me feel stupid bc I do for them and do for them and they alienate me totally. I keep asking them that whatever brought this on can be fixed, but when I tell them that they all call me stupid. None of them are beleivers so they think I am stupid bc I pray to God pleading for his help. I will change my name now tho ty

I just asked someone who knows, and in order for you to change your name you would have to pay 5.00 but the other thing that you can do, is ask a moderator to delete this account and then you can begin a new one

Don't feel stupid. God knows your circumstances and will give you the strength and knowledge to know what to do and intervene when needed. Try not to be negative. I do this and it really doesn't help anything as I am learning. Trust God to help you and bring your family in alignment with him. Praying for God to send you blessings.
I'm called all the time delusional, crazy, stupid, and my favorite simple minded for speaking on Gods word. If people dont know God then all we are to them is these exact words. So you must ask yourself by whos standards are you considered stupid? God's standards or man's standards? I take great pride in the names I am called in the name of God. Because I know the words of God align with my words and as long as I have that, no man can make me believe otherwise.

My name "Angela" comes from "angelos" in Greek. That word means "messenger." I took that name about 15 years ago, because I believe that God had a message to tell, and he wanted me to tell it!
The message is that Jesus Christ is Lord! And he will heal and restore you, and transform your life!
