I saw Hamilton in NYC last month after being obsessed with the soundtrack for ages. The show and the music is absolutely PHENOMENAL.

I don't see anything rude about the statement read at the show, the cast was gracious:

We, sir — we — are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents, or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights,” he said. “We truly hope that this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and to work on behalf of all of us.”

You're on the money today! ha! Poems and everything! Must have had your wheaties. :)
Lol yea I did search for the play on broadway and I must say it was a bit tasteless of the cast to show up Pence while on stage, he listened but still these kind of discussions can be made one on one backstage or after the show......leave it to NY liberals to turn everything into a political rant......

Funny what hypocrites they are, snivelling about being afraid while they wreak havoc, rioting, attacking others, destroying personal, public, private, and business property, calling for violence from others and burning the flag while pretending to love the country they are trashing. And they want their rights defended? My God, people, wake up!

He may not be insane, but the fact Washington loves him and globalists as well, scares me a bit truthfully.....I just don't trust that guy......

I personally welcome the open dialogue and appeal to our leadership over rioting and irrational violence.

Well outside the theater there were protestors yelling and going nuts....lol.....

The real question is what the heck is Pence doing in NY after a hot election in a state where he's hated b/c he's republican? If I were him I would lay low until the inauguration happened and some of the violence died down....

The people spoke loud and clear: Trump was voted in fair and square. The rioters are not into dialoguing, and the bigot Obama has essentially encouraged the seditious criminal mobs. They say things like, we fear we need protection, while they go around attacking people who need protection from them. The fact that they are demanding things they refuse to give when the shoe is on the other foot shows the level of blindness at work in their lives. Truly sad. Hillary the Satanist with her pedophile husband is preferable to them.

It's truly unfortunate that we get so stuck in this bipartisan "us vs them"/zero sum mentality.

Are you telling this to the criminally violent seditious rioters, or... ?

He believes that his religion is higher than the Constitution and wants Christian theocracy. Fortunately our constitution allows for separation of church and state.

I wondered when you would finally come out and say it. You actually DO think the Constitution, a piece of paper, is higher than the God the rest of us worship.

he's insane, is he?

just another rocket launched out of the deep hole of your superior intellect no doubt

you do not qualify your statements

you simply post insipid and ignorant sentiments and have done so since day one of your appearance in these forums

As much as I love Hamilton, I do think this was in poor taste. If "conversation" was what they were after, then they shouldn't do it when they are on stage and only they have that platform to speak, with an audience that was largely against Pence, and when Pence could not respond right then and there. That doesn't sound like a conversation to me. Conversations are on equal terms. I know if I were there and they felt the notion to directly call me out while on stage with an audience that's against me and I did not have the power to respond at the moment, I would not appreciate that one bit.
