See this is you thinking we are "basking" at your expense. That's not so brother. It's called fellowship and you're not excluded.
I'm not WoF so not at my expense. I've had better fellowship with pagans than I've seen here

We're woven by the Hand of The Most High, don't short sell anyone. I think that's the morale. I feel led to pray the Lord will build my mansion next to those Christians who disdain me the most. That way I can torment them for all eternity.

I never said I have never studied up on it. I said I should research it again. I don't agree any Christian should trample on other Christians because of what another person has said or done. If this was the case then all of us are aren't worthy of anything. This denomination thing makes me sick and I can see why non christians hate us.
Oh please ceilede, have you not read Matthew 7:15-22? "Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves." Who WITHIN the church do you think these false prophets, teachers and preachers are? And how are we to recognize them according to Jesus Christ own words?

And another thing, why do you "ASSUME" these people are Christians? I'm talking mainly about the false prophets and teachers of wof. I understand the sheep that follow them are being duped and cannot tell the difference between "fleece" and "fur." And look at Matthew 7:21, "Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven."

Wof teachings are abominable and obviously not from God but from their own imaginations for the purpose of monetary gain. At Matthew 7:23 the four most lethal words in the Bible from the mouth of Jesus is, "I never knew you." And what does Jesus say one is suppose to do at vs24? He says, "Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine, AND ACTS UPON THEM, may be compared to a wise man, who built his house upon the rock."

So how wise are you ceilede? And btw, regarding your last sentence, "This denomination thing makes me sick and I can see why non christians hate us." And who's fault is that? Mostly the "wolves" but the sheep have a responsibility to be wise by checking out what anybody says with what the Bible says. Acts 17:11.

that right there, is what He say He will provide, everything else is a blessing from Him
so lots of money would be a blessing? does that mean if we walk down wall street we would be surrounded by the most righteous people ever?

exactly . .
i see many of the prosperity folks site job, Joseph, Solomon, they were rich, so the Lord wants us to be rich to. im not so sure, those guys in the bible, their goal was to serve, not to prosper by serving. im pretty sure the pharisees made the same claims. there is not a lot of anti wealth teaching in the Hebrew bible, but when Jesus starts preaching, to Jews in a fallen state, to a priesthood in a fallen/corrupted state, He mentions this quite often. i think there is a good reason He does that.

Well I know one thing for sure, I know your Biblically ignorant based on the fact that your taking your ignorance out on me personally instead of dealing with what Jesus Christ said about false prophets and teachers etc. How about dealing with the verses and show me what I said that is wrong? Go ahead, I'll wait or do you want me to spoon feed you about what Jesus was teaching at Matthew 7?

First of all wanderer I did not say you were taking scripture out of context. I said don't accuse me of taking wof quotes out of context because I'm not. I have many primary tapes, books and other materials to prove that their words are not being taken out of context.

Now, you just gave me a list of their stated beliefs and I can tell you first hand that kenneth copeland made a prophecy that Jesus never claimed to be God. So wanderer, before I continue will you please answer the following question? "Did Jesus Christ claim to be God in the Bible?"

IN HINN,
bluto
Jesus is the son of God brother and post the words copeland said, i haven't read much of his stuff yet but, hey if that is true ill eat the hey and spit out the sticks with him.

but we are talking about what WoF in general believe, not something stated once, that i think is out of context.

My pastor friend attends Hagins church. He has preached himself for years and years. His wife took sick a couple of years ago. Since WOF doesn't claim sickness he was devastated when his wife passed away. He confidentially said "all I have ever believed and preached is in question" I dont think he has come to terms with it yet. Hagan took much of his beliefs off someone else and ran with it. If you read some of the things he has said in his books or on tv you would know that he is out of line with the Word.
really now... thats funny Kennith E Hagin passed in 2003, and his wife in 2007... and pastor Hagin's wife is still alive, so you or you friend are really misinformed.

Yes,WOF can make a change, they can start following the Bible and stop listening to Hagins teachings.
hagin only preached something if he had three witness to it, ie three scriptures in context and none he could fine against it.

again, you have a problem with authority...you think you have some!

you have really tipped your hat now on how you think and what you believe

you said you loved me (in Christ) and I said you don't....you have illustrated that fact now

if this is what that school is turning out, they need to close their doors

sad
just gonna post this till you ask me a question...

it's interesting you come here and make this thread, after telling me I should not have refuted the words of someone in another thread who spoke angry and sinful words...

maybe you don't really believe words count as much as you say?

now on to my theory of you being hurt in WoF!

we are called to make peace but know your scripture...peace sometimes comes with a price

honestly? you are really ticking me off if I have not made that plain enough for you

done with this conversation...you need to learn when to speak and when it's not really your turn

i bet before your conversion your anger was off the charts sister, you are CRUEL, MEAN, ANGRY right Now. and thats just me calling a cat a cat, or a dog a dog, you are what you are, you are angry over this for some personal reason and you are a forum bully. but hey your carnal what can i expect.

1 Corinthians 3King James Version (KJV)

3 And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.
2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

i made a thread you have come in and from the begging only cause chaos and disorder, completely off topic the whole time, and cruel. now if you want to talk like adults, ask me some questions like the topic states, or quite frankly get off of my thread that i started you bully, I'm done with you being childish!

this is an example of WOF right here

real faith to bring about things in manifestation?

real faith?

how about if we have faith like a grain of mustard seed...Jesus seemed to be able to respond to that

and He also seemed able to respond to the man who said he believed but also did not believe

Immediately the boy's father cried out and said, "I do believe; help my unbelief. Mark 9:24

Jesus simply said everything is possible for him who believes..notice He did not say come back when your faith is perfect in your spirit so that I can manifest what you want...that is nonsense IMO and sounds almost new ageish...certainly is not found ANYWHERE in scripture!

and how about Peter who lost faith to the point of denial? what about that?

Jesus went after him! He didn't wait until Peter got it together again and found his faith!

you know, what you folks are not seeing here, is that if it was all up to some kind of faith we are supposed to 'manifest'...then Jesus would have never risen from the dead because none of them believed He would!

do you get that? and when I say you, I mean anyone who goes about faith the way it is described in that very telling quote

all this talk about manifesting starts to remind me of the so called 'Manifest Sons of God'...

but maybe all that makes me sound bitter...or like a harpie or a shrew...or maybe I am making a circus out of this thread

Parallel Verses
New International Version
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Now faith is the assurance of what we hope for and the certainty of what we do not see.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not being seen.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen.

Now faith is the assurance that what we hope for will come about and the certainty that what we cannot see exists.

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, being convinced of what we do not see.

Now faith is being confident of what we hope for, convinced about things we do not see.

Now faith is the conviction concerning those things that are in hope, as if it were these things in action, and the revelation of those things that are unseen;

Faith assures us of things we expect and convinces us of the existence of things we cannot see.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

Faith, therefore, is the substance of things waited for, the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, a conviction of things not seen.

Now faith is the substance of things to be hoped for, the evidence of things that appear not.

Now faith is [the] substantiating of things hoped for, [the] conviction of things not seen.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the proving of things not seen.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Now faith is a well-grounded assurance of that for which we hope, and a conviction of the reality of things which we do not see.

Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen.

And faith is of things hoped for a confidence, of matters not seen a conviction,
Commentary
Matthew Henry Commentary
11:1-3 Faith always has been the mark of God's servants, from the beginning of the world. Where the principle is planted by the regenerating Spirit of God, it will cause the truth to be received, concerning justification by the sufferings and merits of Christ. And the same things that are the object of our hope, are the object of our faith. It is a firm persuasion and expectation, that God will perform all he has promised to us in Christ. This persuasion gives the soul to enjoy those things now; it gives them a subsistence or reality in the soul, by the first-fruits and foretastes of them. Faith proves to the mind, the reality of things that cannot be seen by the bodily eye. It is a full approval of all God has revealed, as holy, just, and good. This view of faith is explained by many examples of persons in former times, who obtained a good report, or an honourable character in the word of God. Faith was the principle of their holy obedience, remarkable services, and patient sufferings. The Bible gives the most true and exact account of the origin of all things, and we are to believe it, and not to wrest the Scripture account of the creation, because it does not suit with the differing fancies of men. All that we see of the works of creation, were brought into being by the command of God.

and that's another thing actually...do these folks ever give a thought to anyone but people in the US?

I have found they mostly do not...we give to an organization that smuggles in Bibles to countries where Bibles are not allowed

you can bet your sweet bippy (don't know what that is haha) they are not manifesting anything other than safely in and safely out and trusting God to do so for them

I have been in more than one situation where there was real danger...you don't have time to manifest anything...it's a quick God help me and the rest is up to Him...so far He has always protected me...I've had a bit of an...er....interesting life and I did not ask for it

but I'm not bitter!!! LOL!
Rhema has 258 Churches and schools in 52 different country's... including the middle east, i may be going to Israel if its right.
