I have plenty of family that won't get together. We all love each other but they other then me doing everything and making all the arrangements don't get together for Thanksgiving anymore. I make sure my 82 year old Mother in law isn't alone and I cook 5 of us dinner and we eat together and watch Football, well they watch football and I do something else.

I invite my Sister and her family but they'd rather go to A restaurant. I used to feel hurt but now I think well I tried and I'm over it. I'm glad my kid's get to spend the day with one of their Grandmothers.

if they could afford it,..what is so very sad, is that one would have to come to a web-site to
find someone who truly cares.,..

I'm Christian, but no saint. In fact, I'm rescinding my initial $5,000 offer to something more feasible for my wallet. If the gift is well received then more will follow, but if it's met without appreciation then to quote Mel Blanc, that's all folks.
