Hi, just wondered if anyone else has had a PM from someone who says this:-


I would like to be your friend. I have checked your profile and found it very interesting.
I also need your help. Let me know what you think. Hope to hear from you soon.


The above can't possible be true as my profile is only available to friends to view.
The person in question has not made any posts and he only joined on the 4th December.
He goes by the name of passionup33


Me sniffs a troll. I assume some of you have received a similar message as I see that a
few others have also visited this person's page to view their profile.
 
Yes, I received the same PM. I'm not doing anything about it. I don't reply to PMs from people have 1 post or even 3 posts. I don't know them from a bar of soap and I'd like to keep it that way as I too believe they're a troll.
 
Same here.....she was banned before I even opened the message but those were the exact same words.....
 
The name she was banned under PM'ed me and asked for 2 grand to help a kid who got burned in a house fire.. I reported it right off. Has this passion33 nick been banned yet?

Yeah the one who PM'ed me told me she saw my profile. So I checked it to see if she'd been on my profile.. nope..

Sorry it's passion33up I got the name mixed up, they haven't been banned.

I remember receiving that PM too. Bloomin' scam artists.
 
I usually get spam mail from a guy called GandalfTheWhite.... You have to report him as soon as you receive a pm from him.

A bit of a loon :rolleyes:
