Well first off, Lynn, why would I ask questions if I genuinely didn't know what to do. And God spoke to me through my ex, he had a seizure and passed out, he had been having seizure for about two weeks, and he started to speak but the thing he was saying was nothing as what he normally says and he began to talk to me about things I struggled with that my ex didn't know about. And ever since then I've been reading verses and I would get a verse of the day and it would go along with exactly what I was struggling with

Because a LOT of people join this site, asking for advice, when all they really want is people to tell them what they want to hear, or reaffirm the decision they already made. It's Very common.
I think it's time for you to stop trying to make some bizarre event into something of God. First your boyfriend had a seizure, now you're saying he's your ex. Then, during his seizures he starts talking to you about things he couldn't know? There is not a single element of anything you have said so far that rings of anything Godly.
Whether you intended it or not, what you're saying is that God is causing your ex, or bf, or whatever he is, to have seizures, so that God can speak audibly to you through this persons serious illness. That is not Godly. The end.
But you're dragging this bizarre situation out, going in circles, changing the story, it is beginning to sound rather trollish. Simple answer, God is not giving him seizures to speak through him in some ghastly verbal prophecy about your life or romantic endeavors. Next time he has a seizure you should be rushing to help him, not listening for Gods voice to come out of him.
We don't need signs because the truth is clear in God's word. Why do you need to choose between family and your ex? Choose for your self. What do you really want? It's still your decision. No matter what people say, its you who will live with the consequences of your choices. The safest place to be is in the center of God's will not in signs.
Based on your posts I would say that your family has a genuine concern about this person. You are just 19 years old and starting out in your adult life so why burden yourself with this relationship that will probably ending up causing you heartache and stress and with possible adverse consequences for the rest of your life.
I believe that it would benefit you greatly to just focus on developing a spiritual relationship with God and to enjoy the freedom of a single life for a few years until you get bogged down with the hard day to day aspects of life.
Seriously, if your ex boyfriend is your age there has not been enough time for adequate spiritual growth that would give him the knowledge and wisdom to handle a permanent relationship leading to marriage and all that it entails. The same applies to you also.
I hardly think that God was speaking to your ex through his seizures.
You have not explained yet as to why the relationship ended in the first place with your ex. You should consider the reason for the breakup and not to make the same mistake twice.
My counsel to you is to end this needless drama with this guy, cut him loose, give the hurt to God and start moving forward in a new direction on a path that God is leading you on.

Only people who have seizures in the Bible are the demon possessed. There was a girl who followed Paul around and her master's made money because her,demon told,her,the future....

Speaking as a person who has a life-long, frequent history of seizures, I can say that I've NEVER had a seizure in which God, or anyone else, spoke through me.. Your ex most likely has a seizure disorder, and when he tries to speak, it comes out sounding garbled. That is because the brain is suffering a sort of "crossed wires" during the seizure and it takes quite awhile for the speech pattern to go back to normal. Sometimes I can't speak a coherent sentence for a full hour after some of my seizures, depending on how bad they are.. :/ God doesn't use seizures to speak through someone, I guarantee that. 
You need to leave your ex alone, you need to get all this doubt out of your head or you'll NEVER hear God's voice. Tell your ex to go to a doctor and get diagnosed, and then take yourself to church and talk to a pastor.

What becomes of honor your father and mother? What becomes of submitting? For a woman, it begins with family. If she won't submit to family now, she'll never submit to hubby later.if you're very happy when you're with him, that sounds to me like your answer right there

How about respect the father's role in giving the daughter in marriage.
