Here is what the true grace message teaches.....

Titus 2:11-15

[SUP]11 [/SUP]For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

[SUP]12 [/SUP]Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

[SUP]13 [/SUP]Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
[SUP]14 [/SUP]Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

[SUP]15 [/SUP]These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee." :)
As others have said, this is what we believe, teach, and we strive to live without sin.
Where you will not say that you fail/sin from time to time, we freely admit that we do fail/sin from time to time.
And because we do admit our failure/sin from time, you JUDGE us as being a slave to sin.
And by that judgement on your part, you implies that you do not fail/sin and are therefore without sin.
I challenge you to name or quote any one who teaches or believes as you have often stated-----
They are a slave to sin----Sin does not matter-----There are no consequences, i.e. chastisement for sin.

I believe the ongoing unrepented sin he speaks of and references time and time again actually points to the unforgivable sin of unbelief, as you do. :)

Those who understand and are grateful for his grace will never abuse it
This statement is true. That being said, many say this & don't mean it. I believe you do, but not those who believe Radical grace theology, which is false doctrine. I've known them to say anything to win their argument, no matter what the cost.

Ok I just wanted to make sure I was not misunderstanding him and knowing how you have a greater understanding and wisdom than I do I had to ask. Though i admit that I very much want to stop sinning as much as I do as it's becoming extremely irritating to me so if you could would you pray for me? I am sick of screwing up as much as I do but self control is my greatest weakness
Thank you for your very kind words, Blain, you are a sweetheart and I do appreciate it. God has been very good to me and delivered me of many things, so to God goes the glory. He is a good and faithful Father! Be kind to yourself. :) Jesus loves you with an everlasting undying love.

Yet you deny it (you state a person can believe in grace and abuse it to the point they lose salvation.) because if you believed it, and practiced it, you would realise.

1. God does not fail
2. People saved by grace would never abuse it (which you JUST ADMITTED WAS TRUE)
3. Thus, They could never lOSE IT.

Again, Grace is radical. So radical. the jews rejected it.

So radical. Modern day pharisees still reject it.

so radical. The bible says only a few will believe it (small gate)

Morning Grace777,

Very true! Believers in Christ are covered sinners. The following should pretty much end the question:
Whatever happened to these scriptures?

Romans 8:14
New American Standard Bible
For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

Galatians 3:26
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.

Matthew 5:9
New American Standard Bible
"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

1 John 3:1
1See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. 2Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. 3And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

We're not just covered, we're bought, adopted, changed, new, Sons of God! Jesus gave His life to do this, so let's not claim the "sinner" man any longer. Sons of God don't practice sin.

The reason I do not answer is like I have said before..... What I am and what you are DO NOT MAKE THE WORDS OF GOD ANY LESS TRUE. You simple minded people think that if you can prove me a sinner like yourself...
You just proved yourself a sinner. You're self righteousness and judgmental, condemning heart is on full display. You are guilty of pride and wrongful judgment, sins that God finds detestable. The question of whether or not you still sin doesn't need to be asked any longer. Your sin is in print for God and all the world to see with your above post.

So why do you not praceice what you teach?

If all these passages are true, THEN HOW CAN ANYONE EVER LOSE SALVATION?

its amazing, You preach the power of God, then you deny the power of God.

Strife, malice and slandering others in the body of Christ is just as much sinning as living the homosexual lifestyle.
So now you believe calling people heretic hunters & legalists, & saying these people aren't saved is now just as sinful as living the homosexual lifestyle?

I'm glad you stated you love to hyper-repent..... cause you have much to catch up on.:)

Now, who's gonna cover his butt this time?

2 Corinthians 6:14

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

See that? Those who practice sin are the unrighteous and are called unbelievers, and are still in darkness.

The darkness has no fellowship in Christ, because in Him is no sin nor darkness.
Darkness refers to unbelievers, not believers who still sin, including you.

Wow, I just now saw all these "to God be the glory" posts  Well, my very recent remark in this same thread was very close: "to God goes the glory." God is glorious!

Glorious: adjective (from dictionary.com)

1.delightful; wonderful; completely enjoyable

2.conferring glory

3.full of glory; entitled to great renown

4.brilliantly beautiful or magnificent; splendid

Again you imply Jesus is your cover charge to sin, or that Jesus made you free to sin, same as those who follow grace as being a license to sin doctrine. Those who cannot cease from sin (can't stop sinning) are called cursed children....

2 Peter 2:14
Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
If you were blind you would be without sin, but since you say you see, your sin remains.

God says if we commit the least of all sin, we are guilty of the whole law.

Are you going to say your BETTER than that sinner Grace777 spoke of. Or on equal ground (apart from Christ)

Jesus would not judge the prostitute What gives you the right to judge?

are we saved (sinners)

or are we righteous who do not need saved.

For those who are righteous, You do not need Christ. keep on going your way and leave us sinners alone so we can rely on Christ,

for the rest of us, We need Christ, Turn to him, and not yourself.
Yeah really. He states not to be unequally yoked but he sure does enjoy hanging out with us deplorable children of darkness. What a hypocrite!

I have never said that heretic hunters or "legalists" ( I don't use that term ) are not saved. That is a figment of someone's own mind that they made up.

It's this type of deceitfulness that compels me to ignore some people and not interact with them just like Paul says in Romans 16:17

Romans 16:17 (KJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

I have said it before but I will say it again - people that do the works of the flesh are still saved - they will have destruction come to them as a consequence of sinning in this world.

Take up shooting heroin in your arms and it will be readily apparent. Malice and slandering others in the body of Christ is just as sinful as living the homosexual lifestyle - they just have different manifestations of destruction.

If people we discuss the scriptures with can not be honest with us - no good can come from this and it is best to just avoid interacting with them.

Sometimes it's just best to leave them to their own "personal application" of the scriptures. I believe in posting what we see in the scriptures and allow the Holy Spirit to witness within ourselves as to the truth and the freedom that is in our Lord's finished work on the cross and resurrection.

We have a great salvation in Him!
It's funny, if I was without sin, I would be of good cheer and amazingly encouraging to everyone regarding the possibilities that await everyone to the glory of God. But instead of seeing love and encouragement from ISIT, we see self righteous, blasphemous pride, anger, disrespect and judgment. That right there proves he's a liar, or certifiable, or both.

Yep, that's what this thread is about, those who turn God's grace into sort of a permission slip to keep on sinning; this is at the heart of the sin and still be saved false grace message.

Jude 1:4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Again here is how they deny God and Jesus Christ by serving sin.....

Titus 1:16
They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
You never did answer me. Am I Christian?

A simple yes or no will suffice.
