We do have mold or yeast, but when there's too much... what can we do? As i often did, i ask what do you think?

Certain molds can never be eradicated from the body. You just try to control them and live with them as best as possible.

I thought to post this as we are often diagnosed or faced w/ bacterial or viral stuff, but molds/fungi are a very real thing too.

I had a mole on my side about a little bigger then a nickel - for a few decades. This last week I put apple cider vinegar on it every night and let it soak in it with a cotton ball. It's almost gone now.

I have read that cancer is a fungus and acidic pH levels can cause it. There are simple ways to balance your pH, like eating foods high in alkaline. These include, bananas, figs, raw ACV, and even baking soda ( sodium bicarbonate).

The Church uses salt in holy water because it was a Jewish custom, and because of the symbolical meaning of salt. Just as water is used for cleansing and for quenching fire, so salt is used to preserve from decay. Therefore the Church combines them in this sacramental, to express the various reasons why it is used -- to help to wash away the stains of sin, to quench the fire of our passions, to preserve us from relapses into sin


The Jordan River has since biblical times been imbued with powerful symbolic meanings: it is a boundary and a crossing point, a metaphor for spiritual rebirth and salvation, and a source of holy water

The Jordan River flows into the Dead Sea.
The Dead Sea has attracted visitors for thousands of years who come to float in its salty waters and reap its reported health benefits.

I am not that familiar with Kefir. I see it from time to time in stores. What's the story on it? I usually only eat organic foods if I can get them. Thanks

I like to use Himalayan salt and sometimes I drink it in a "sole". Conventional table salt which has all the good stuff in salt taken out causes high blood pressure. My BP is around 98/67 so the Himalayan salt does not affect it at all as the stripped table salt does.

I only use Pink Himalayan.* Pink Himalayan is said to be the most beneficial as well as the cleanest salt available. It contains the same 84 trace minerals and elements that are found in the human body. Table salt is very heavily processed, eliminating its minerals.

I think pink Himalayan salt is the best one to use too.

How is your blood pressure?...we have been wrongly taught that all salt causes high blood pressure.

- The problem with salt is not the salt itself but the condition of the salt we eat! Our regular table salt no longer has anything in common with the original crystal salt. Salt now a day is mainly sodium chloride and not salt. With the advent of industrial development, our natural salt was "chemically cleaned" and reduced only to sodium and chloride. Major producing companies dry their salt in huge kilns with temperatures reaching 1200 degrees F, changing he salt's chemical structure, which in turn adversely affects the human body. The common table salt we use for cooking has only 2 or 3 chemical elements. The seawater has 84 chemical elements. For our body to be healthy we need all those elements. When we use the common salt, we are in deficit of 81 elements which means we are somehow contributing to becoming weaker, imbalanced and more susceptible to diseases. Use the seawater salt.
