Something similar has happened to me before haha! I had some friends that would think I was in a bad mood because of my facial expression, when, in reality I wasn't in a bad mood at all! I had to tell them that and from then on, they finally realized it!

I finally got this girl to stop by telling her "No, nothing is wrong, and no, you did nothing wrong. I enjoy being around you. But just because I am enjoying myself doesn't mean that I have to enjoy your company all the time or that I talk when I'm having fun. It is an introvert thing, which is ok not to understand."I guess I kind of offended her, because I figured out she considered herself an introvert as well! (It is the fashionable thing to be these days); I would not have classified her as such, but I love her anyway

Thats what my boyfriend said too when he met me.. but then he ended up on the floor laughing in the bakery.

It is an unfortunate and untrue stereotype. In fact, I laugh more than many extroverts I know.

I don't know about "funner" but "as fun" at least. Yes, indeed. I sometimes laugh for no reason, which disturbs my siblings!

Me, I'm a German Shepherd type. Kinda aloof until you get to know me when I'm fun and fiercely loyal.At least you get them to realize it

My niece brought her boyfriend down this past year and he asked me multiple times if I was mad at him or if I liked him. I told him over and over again yes! He said that he was wondering because at certain times I would go silent and not talk for a while. Somehow, I guess he got the idea I didn't like him because of being quiet.
I guess I gave him the idea because at certain times we would make each other laugh. Then, at other times I would go completely silent haha!
I think I'm kind half and half... half introvert and half extrovert!

We were never exceedingly close friends, but yes, I am still friends with her
(As I see it, I don't have a lot of choice since she is my brother's girlfriend!)

Yeh I bet he was with me and you and you with other introverts laughing and fun gets wildly funny you light the fuse and the introverts just add to it
Ha ha, yes, I am that way too. People usually see me as emotional as a wall of steel at first, but my friends and family can describe me as the most giggly girl they have ever come across...
