He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
2When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
3Whoso loveth wisdom rejoiceth his father: but he that keepeth company with harlots spendeth
his substance.
4The king by judgment establisheth the land: but he that receiveth gifts overthroweth it.
This played out on the side of evil the past 8 years, ending with America abandoning Israel as a Goat nation, having lost our Sheep nation status decades ago. Christians mourned, while the wicked rejoiced. Now there's strong evidence we should be moving back to the better position regarding Israel and a resumption of national blessing from God. My government friends still working are all happy that immediately the word spread that it's now OK to express religious faith on the job without fear, something Satan would not likely contribute to.
President Trump held the approval of many Christian leaders like Jeffries, Dobson, Paula White, Graham, a few hundred at one large evangelical meeting before the election, while most were careful of the Johnson Act not to openly endorse him. The ones opposing filled the list of mostly liberal church groups we should expect not to be pleased.
While I'm disappointed with much of Trump's comments before and after Nov 8, I've watched enough of the proceedings of Cabinet interviews to see he has surrounded his office with strong patriots and very bold Christians, the people who will actually run the nation by doing the heavy lifting for Trump.
I can rejoice more over those leaders, and realize Trump is wise enough to nominate people like those. The difference in the two Administrations is black versus white in character.
Our rejoicing is already healing the scourge of mourning with news of states lining up abortion bans in anticipation of one more USSC case to overturn Roe v. Wade, ending our national shame. At the very least should be no more taxpayer money funding abortions. The murder of millions of infants has taken too much of a toll on us, and must end.
It's alarming to me that the supporters of the Obama Admin. found no fault in the Clintons enriching themselves and their foundation by abuse of office, but oppose Trump who is at least attempting to detach his holdings from his powers in office, with no evidence of a tendency to enrich himself wrongly through his position.
I hope more Americans will welcome at least a possibility of this nation being governed by righteous people at last, with less threatening of the Church enough to get folks back in the fold, though we ought to have been able to live without the fear in spite of the wickedness upon us.
Why hold suspicions about this instead of walking in faith that God heard and answered our many prayers? The hardened neck of the former President is resulting in eradication of his failed legacy, in fulfillment of verse one above! It's a proved true saying.
