This is Salora a flower salamander the poison and grass starter pokemon.

This pokemon is very confident in both it's looks and it's battling skills and tends have a snarky attitude. The petals it uses upon investigation were found to be rose petals how it has the unique colors they have no one knows. A male species of this pokemon has yet to be found and this little beauties favorite battle tactic is to attract the opponent and then when infatuated releases a poisonous breath giving it the nickname venom rose as it's pretty to look at but very deadly

I actually love the purplish blue in contrast with the green! So your coloring did fine :D If you ever want good pencils try prismacolor, they are awesome. They can be cheaper if you buy singles at a time or the college quality ones. Also they have verithins which just means thinner lead

at this point I am so tired of crappy colored pencils I could care less how much the good ones cost, you see how scratchy the colors are? I mean it's just so irritating and I don't get my money for two more days I wanted to make their evolved forms but I may wait till I get some good pencils

Hehehehe

One thing with prismacolors, they have a little wax one that you use for blending which is really nice to get smooth colors
